I ordered several items - mostly Irish products - and they all came intact. The items are a birthdsy gift for a relative, so I can't say how everything tastes. But I will assume that everything is delicious.
We love this company. But we thought we ordered the pyramid bags but we did not get those.
Many of my favorites were featured, some I hadn't seen for a while. Apricot/peach in gallon bags - first time I remember.

Love this tea pot! I love the pattern and the history behind the pattern and the artist. I am surprised that this is the only tea pot that does not contain lead offered on the web site. I would like to see more that do not have it.

I wish that the store would use a different shipping partner so that when delivering to a remote location like mine, there would be transparency. The handoff from the shipping partner and the USPS took several days -- at least from what I could tell.

Rooibos tea arrived, beautifully packaged. Samples of tea are for a gift basket for my husband for our 15th wedding anniversary. Can't wait until he opens his basket with all of the new flavors to try.
No problems. I ordered. They delivered lovely little sugar and creamer in the off white I like.
Last year's order of a half-dozen jars of an Irish tomato relish arrived mostly smashed. The English Tea Store graciously refunded my money but best of all, you listened to my feedback about packaging. I tried again in September, and was delighted to have my favorite relish arrive in perfect condition. Each jar was separately wrapped and the entire package well-insulated. In addition, the service was quick. I'll definitely be back!
