Everything was packaged neatly and arrived quickly. Quality was on point and color match exactly as shown on the website.
Ordered a teapot, teapot stand (for tea candle heating), a steeper/strainer, and a tea variety pack. Received my items undamaged and a day earlier than expected. My only qualm is that my team basket/strainer is slightly too small to rest comfortably in my teapot. I wish that there had been more specific measurements available in the item descriptions so I could have purchased a better-sized basket somewhere else online.
