Ordering was easy and I received my pot in a timely manner. However I was very disappointed in the teapot itself. I have had a brown Betty for about 20 yrs and r3cently broke the handle off. I ordered one from Amazon but sent it back because it felt much less sturdy than my old one. I thought it must be a phony copy. Imagine my disappointment when I received the same one from your store. It definitely does not compare to the weight, thickness, or sturdiness as my old one. It also doesn't hold the same amount. Now I get 21/4 mugs instead of three. I would have ordered the larger one had I known.
