I warn you not to buy on this website, they sent me a used code and now I must prove that I am not lying so that they answer me for my money, expose private information and wait as long as they want, do not say no me I did not warn you
As others have stated previously, I purchased a game code from them around 3 days ago and the code didn't work, it had already been used.
I sent them an email regarding my issues and sent me a new one. That new code was also used.
Ive noticed how they've replied to other customers saying that they only provide a platform for their sellors, well maybe they need to police who they are allowing to sell products more closely as A LOT of people are being scammed out of money!
Id honestly avoid using them as they clearly don't care about their customers losing money as long as it goes into their pockets.

I completely understand that situations like these can be very unpleasant when we've bought the wrong item due to lack of attention. But please try to understand our side as well and allow me to clarify the concept behind our refund policy to make it a little easier to understand the situation at hand.
Considering the types of products we sell and how they work - we need to limit our refund policy at a certain point. In our case, that point is after the key is displayed. The need to create this limitation is there because as soon as the key is displayed we have no way of knowing if it was activated, leaked or if it will be activated only in the future. Another important thing to note is that the seller is not a direct publisher of your digital key so they do not have the means to revoke or cancel digital product keys. However, if you feel like the situation was not investigated thoroughly by our support team, they will gladly take an additional look at it and review it again, so feel free to create a follow-up ticket with us and the investigation process will be continued once more!

I was sceptical about it at first because of some reviews I had found across the internet, but I gave it a try... Got my key at the moment of payment confirmation, cannot say a bad word about it. The site was recommended to me by one friend and I am glad I heard about this. I will use it in the future, I believe that I won't experience any troubles.

If the price seems to good to be true - it probably is. While eneba claim to just be a marketplace - they take some responsibility for selling keys through their site.
Bought a key to use for a game that evening - duplicate key did not work. Customer service apparently take over two weeks.

Bought 25 x7 week Game pass ultimate codes. 3 of them did not work - not the end of the world but they are trying to put the blame on the 3rd party vendor. However my contract and invoice is with ENEBA and not the vendor. I have supplied screenshots for them as requested.
I have asked for some replacement codes and for them to deal with the vendor or alternatively they can deal with PayPal directly. I'm going to give them one more day.

Should it ever occur that a key is not working as intended, we take responsibility ourselves that that has occurred and in no way do we blame the seller for any reasons at all. If a key is defective, both us and your seller investigate the case as we should, since it falls on both parties to provide proper resolutions for every affected customer. While you do make the purchase in accomplice to Eneba as a platform, in the end the sale is made by the seller, who provides you with a key, who they themselves are provided with it from their own trusted suppliers.

I bought a key for wwe 2k17 and when I tried claiming it, it said it had already been used. I contacted Eneba about it and provided screenshots but they said "the exact time for resolution depends on the seller and the amount of the current cases they have." It has been a day but I'm really not too sure how long this process takes. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they still could give me another key, but as of now I still have yet to get one. The extra steps to this process are also very tedious.

I made a few good purchases on the site, so decided to buy a giftcard and make some more purchases. Bad idea... the card would not redeem and I was told through the chat help that there was a limit on monthly spend - what kind of retailer stops you spending money - especially with their own giftcards?
I queried why this wasn't mentioned on the site and was told it was in the terms and conditions, so I checked them - no such condition.
Then I was told that it had been removed from the terms and conditions but I still had to wait another 25 days before I could spend the giftcard.
So I now have a perfectly valid, genuine giftcard that I can't spend or even get a refund on.
Very deceptive practice by the website, I think I'll be taking this complaint further.

It's true, there's a monthly limit on the amount, that can be redeemed monthly. Gift cards are often used to scam, therefore this limitation is set.
We understand, that it by no means is perfect, but since gift card is valid and working, you can just wait it out and purchase the product later or can use it with another account, if you really want to buy something now.
If you want to purchase something on Eneba, there's not much of a reason to keep buying Eneba gift cards, you can use a different payment method and buy products directly. Gift cards are meant to be gifted not to be overly used.

Yes i have created a ticket, as hundreds of people that have been scammed in eneba. The procediment is always the same, send toms of pictures of your xbx account, redemption of codes pictures, talk with xbx and send us the proof, and after that several days without an answer.
Give my money back.

No refunds, at all. Bought a game without a description, played it for two mins, asked for a refund. They said it fit the description and i activated the key, so no refund. LOADS OF PLACES WILL VALUE THE CUSTOMER, OFFER SIMILAR OR BETTER DISCOUNTS, AND GIVE YOU A REFUND

The issue with this is, that we can't get back a key, once it's activated by you. We are a marketplace, we do not produce keys ourselves, nor do we have means to revoke them from accounts, that have them activated already. Which is exactly why a refund is only possible if a key is invalid/already used or hasn't been viewed yet. Very skeptical of the other reviews of this website.
I found this company because of a deal posted on SlickDeals.com. The deal was for Xbox game pass 7 and 14 day codes- though because the SlickDeals poster could only link to one, they linked to the 7 day code.
Within the comments of the deal, an actual representative from ENEBA commented. They claimed that the code (did not distinguish which type of code) would work for all users, new or existing Xbox customers.
Seeing this, I purchased several codes only to find they could not be redeemed. When I contacted Xbox, they told me that these codes could not in fact be used for existing users.
I quickly contacted ENEBA for a refund. I provided screenshots, an explanation of the problem, and even pointed out that an ENEBA representative had assured buyers that the codes would work for existing users- but ENEBA still refuses to give a refund for this order because I opened the digital code.
This is not the way to treat a customer. I'll be looking for every place I can to spread the word about this company's deception.

As you can see he has mentioned that *These codes definitely work for both new and existing* I'm really sorry for this situation but the comment that you have sent us was made only for that product and not the other products. There are other keys that do not work for the existing user but we always notify our customers about such cases in our important notices section. Because the product matched our product page description and the keys are working as intended we won't be able to issue you a refund.

The key does not work, it is wrong. I do not recommend ENEBA to anyone. I sent many mails without result because they answered differently each time and instead of solving the problem, Mao responded critically. In fact, I paid for a card of 20 € PS, but the card never worked, it is wrong. Incredible, very nice ads until you pay, and then the card does not work, the problem is not solved and the money is lost. I told all my friends not to buy anything from eneba

The Key Code I purchased didn't work. I tried it from my console, the app, and the microsoft website. The process to file a ticket requires far too much information. I would 100% not recommend Eneba. Thankfully Im only out $15. Ill just dispute the charges on my Credit Card.

Please understand that the majority of positive reviews here are fake. Bought 2 PS Plus codes from these scammers and neither have worked. I contacted them for a replacement or refund. Slow response from them but they required me to provide many screenshots from my account of proof (understandably) which I did. They then required me to go through a long and complicated process of trying to get sony to confirm when the codes were used. ALL this so they could rob me of my $60. I would DEFINITELY advise caution. You would be approached by a "support team" with fake names ("Mark Stormborn") and they will waste your time and steal your money. Avoid this site, my experience is not unique. Do not trust them at all.

So yeah its the title I bought a 6700 Apex Coins pack for 52€ (ORIGIN PC), the key didn't work and I'm not receiving a new key nor a refund apparently... -52€ I guess
Also, I believe my later attempts of replies got ignored.

I bought Guacameele 2 from a highly rated seller on this store. I received a duplicate key and created a ticket. They asked for screenshots which I provided and haven't heard since for nearly a week. This store is selling instant delivery keys, scams people and provide duplicate keys. There's no way to rate the seller as well for to help other users from getting scammed. Avoid at all costs if you do not want to be disappointed.
I wanted to update my review. It's obvious a ploy by eneba to send a response to my review. It makes them look good to everyone who reads it, they think to themselves, "hey Eneba responded and wants to make it right." Hold on everyone. This person has not responded back after I contacted back with her. In fact Eneba sent me an email stating they were going to close my ticket in 48 hours unless I send additional information. I even have an email from Butch at Eneba that states that I had sent all the information they needed.
I bought 2 ps plus codes on the 16th of December. I gave these to our kids as part of their Christmas present, when they went to enter the codes, we received the error code that the codes were already used. After contacting eneba and sending screenshots proving this I have not heard back from them going on two days. The last email stated that they do not issue the codes and they have a separate vendor that does this and would need to verify the screenshots. This is nothing short of disappointing and I may have to do some extreme measures on this company if I do not hear back from them.

Answer: Not really most of them got the same problem if a code/key is working, everything is fine. If not then the customer is screwed. The only difference is how that is handled. Eneba for example if you get a duplicated key you could have a big problem, they don't do anything without the supplier's response, which could take weeks. So best solution use always PayPal to get you money back.
