I bought Guacameele 2 from a highly rated seller on this store. I received a duplicate key and created a ticket. They asked for screenshots which I provided and haven't heard since for nearly a week. This store is selling instant delivery keys, scams people and provide duplicate keys. There's no way to rate the seller as well for to help other users from getting scammed. Avoid at all costs if you do not want to be disappointed.

Sent me 2 used ps plus codes

I wanted to update my review. It's obvious a ploy by eneba to send a response to my review. It makes them look good to everyone who reads it, they think to themselves, "hey Eneba responded and wants to make it right." Hold on everyone. This person has not responded back after I contacted back with her. In fact Eneba sent me an email stating they were going to close my ticket in 48 hours unless I send additional information. I even have an email from Butch at Eneba that states that I had sent all the information they needed.

I bought 2 ps plus codes on the 16th of December. I gave these to our kids as part of their Christmas present, when they went to enter the codes, we received the error code that the codes were already used. After contacting eneba and sending screenshots proving this I have not heard back from them going on two days. The last email stated that they do not issue the codes and they have a separate vendor that does this and would need to verify the screenshots. This is nothing short of disappointing and I may have to do some extreme measures on this company if I do not hear back from them.

BEWARE!

UPDATE: 5 WEEKS AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO HELP, ALSO TRIED TO SAY I NEVER PURCHASED FROM THEM BY DELETING MY ORDER AND MY PROFILE AND TRYING TO REPORT MY REVIEW (VERIFIED).

Fakes! The code does not work as promised. Did not provide the vbucks, did not provide the items. None of them. I've been dealing with this seller, Microsoft, and epic games for over 2 days. Microsoft and epic can't do anything to help because the code is not valid and I paid HERE for it. Both of them said the same thing after many hours of troubleshooting, that this code generator scam is common and that these generated codes are not allowed or honored! It's used codes too (already redeemed)! These guys will not make it right either - after I sent more than enough pictures and information they barely respond if at all! It was $70 that they are trying to keep for nothing! Now I have to file an investigation for fraudulence case against this website and close my bank account card which is linked to all my bills etc! HORRIBLE

(ticket: *******) So I bought nier automata from their store for the first time ever and as u can expect I got used key so I emailed them, they replied within few hours for the first time I provided everything what they wanted and got a reply that they thank me for that and they provided this ticket to somebody ya know the same $#*! every support says. It's been 4 days since then, I wrote 3 replies since their last one and didnt get any reply or anything. Like honestly at least tell me to $#*! off if u are going to just straight up ignore me and take my money. Save ur time and money people and DON'T buy from eneba sometimes it's worth to pay a little more than deal with this $#*!.

EDIT: this is just hilarious after 2 hours of me publishing this review they finally replied offering me refund, if thats not just a coincidence then its kinda lame. Either way imma change my rate from 1 to 2 stars unless they end up having "problems" with refunding my money which im really afraid about.

There are multiple reasons, why that could have happened. Payment might have been successful, but we haven't received it yet, in those cases, you only receive a product, once we get a confirmation about payment. Payment might have been unsuccessful, meaning, that your payment provider has reserved funds for the purchase, however we did not receive it. I bought 2 Playstation 12 month codes from Eneba. I was out of town and didn't enter them for a few weeks. When I entered them, only 1 worked. I showed proof of this and they keep saying I have to provide screen shots from within my Playstation of Transaction History. I do that and that's not enough. Now they want me to provide a date and time stamp of the activation. THE ACTIVATION DIDN'T WORK THEREFORE THERE ISN'T ANY ENTRY FOR IT IN MY HISTORY. This is not only proof that the code didn't activate to my account but even PSN Customer Service confirmed. Is this part of the scam to ask customers to provide something you know they can't? I spent more time arguing over this code than it would have cost me in time just to pay full price! Waste of time!

Hello Mike,

Please understand, this is a standard process, you have to go through, in order for us to get all the details and to be able to confirm the issue and offer solutions. The reason, why we ask for activation date, even if we can see, that it was not activated on the account that you show is because it could have easily been activated on any other account. In this case, all you have to do is contact PSN and ask for when the particular key was activated, you don't need to know, who's account it was, all we need is just a date and time in this case.

Sold a Used Key

For whomever replies to this, it's request *******.
I tried purchasing a $50 Steam Wallet Key for my friend in the US. I was instead sold a Used key, emailed eneba about it. I was basically told that they have contacted the seller and will get back to me once they have done so. It has already been 2 days which I was advised not to wait for more than.
I even emailed them asking if it would speed things up if I applied for a refund instead of a new key but no...
Both me and my friend are disappointed as he and his other friends have used this site several times, while it was my first time only for this bad experience to happen... This is just unacceptable.

SCAM SITE

I bought a Nintendo £25 Eshop card which cost me £24.37. The Code I was given did not work on Nintendo's website. I emailed customer services expecting that they would send me another code directly to my email address but unfortunately this did not happen. Instead the refunded the money to my Eneba wallet.

Normally on any legit website, this would be fine. However, the price of the Nintendo £25 Eshop code went from £24.37 to £25.11 on the website. I was obviously not happy to pay extra for something I can buy cheaper from Nintendo themselves plus it is my rights as a customer to receive the working product at the same price.

I explained the problem to customer services hoping they would send me another code directly but they did not offer this and refused to top-up my wallet with extra funds to pay for the card now that the price has risen (the price is now at £25.30).

I have since asked for a refund to the card I used to purchase the product but they refused to do so. Now that I have told them I will be disputing the payment through my bank and told them I'd be writing bad reviews if they do not put the problem right, they have stopped responding to my emails.

The strange thing is that now, every time I load their website and look at the £25 gift card, the price creeps up higher and higher (which I assume is done via them teaching you with cookies and your IP address). This must be done to make you eventually give in to the fact that they do not give you a new working code and eventually buy the more expensive product, making them more money.

Refund to your initial payment method should have been an option even if you have chosen a refund to your Eneba wallet, therefore we have investigated this case, so that this does not happen in the future.

I bought 3 keys for the 2019 grid game, but I got the keys to the regular grid. I reported the matter to the support with screenshots that a different grid pops up, I gave 4 screenshots with each key and so far they can't get it done and they ask for the screenshots I have already given them. And in the second situation, I bought lego marvel super heroes 2 and sent a screenshot telling me from steam that the key was activated 5 days before my purchase. It wasn't enough to get my money back. To me, it's a bunch of scammers.

Fake Refund Policy

I requested a refund for a Ghost Face DLC Steam Key and they actually replied pretty quickly; however, this is where the compliments stop completely. Once they replied to me, they asked me to provide photo proofs which were already required to even submit the refund. Therefore, this not only further lengthens the refund process but they didn't even reply to my email after that. Their refund policy is a complete sack of $#*! and if your key doesn't work upon receiving it say goodbye to your money.

Heres some advice:
Don't spend more than like $10 at a time on this website and once your luck runs out and you get scammed be glad its only $10; I've seen some poor souls get $50 scammed at a time from this garbage.

The Global Key I received for Football Manager did not work, (Issues Raised #*******). I have shared the screenshots but no reply from last 7days. I have been told they will need to contact Supplier to see what the issue is. This shouldn't happen in first place when you sell Global key and its locked to a region or is incorrect. Scammers have stopped responding to emails and won't even give money back. If you are scammed use PayPal to get your money refunded

The reason your inquiry was forwarded to the supplier was because that is from who you have purchased the product. We also have no intention to scam any of our customers. It is a very busy time for us and our suppliers due to Covid, our growth as a company as well as all the game and product releases happening currently.
Getting back to your case, it was reported on during the weekend. As most of our suppliers do not work during the weekends, that may prolong the review process slightly. Regardless, an agent has mentioned this as well, but if the suppliers do not provide a solutions within the given time-frame, we will provide you a solution, so there is no need to worry that your money will be gone.
You have the right to hold a dispute regarding the case, but please keep in mind that you will need to undergo a very similar review process as you did via the ticket and the case will still need to be confirmed via PayPal before a refund is provided.

My girlfriend and I tried to buy a Far Cry Primal key and it was claimed. We were told to contact Ubisoft asking for when the key was activated and since Uplay won't tell us the key seller just used that as a way to rip us off saying it was activated after it was bought even tho Ubisoft says different. Total scam don't touch it, you might get a key that works but if you don't support will bend you over and take your money.

Total Scam.

I bought a battlefield 5 key and it was not valid, i sent email with all the pictures like they asked they keep saying it's impossible because of something else. They do this until you quit fighting they and keep your money.
