I worked with Eddy McBroom, he was very helpful with giving me the best price possible for my appliances and making sure my appliances arrived at a timely manor. Had a little problem with delivery as my appliances where the items were supposed to arrive in a week but never heard anything and 3 weeks later when I called to find out, they said one on my items were on back order. It would of been nice to know what is going on with my order as I got worried. Eddy was also helpful when my stove arrived with missing items. He contacted the manufacturer and waiting for information on them. Overall, good experience.
From the time I walked into the showroom until I left I was really impressed with their whole operation. Friendly,Professional and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a stovetop that they suggested and they set up delivery and installation. Delivery was on time and the men that installed the stove top were just great.

The refrigerator I purchased has a part missing and also has a non-functional door I have contacted Jeff Evans he's reluctant to call service. I am very unhappy about this. I am about to place a charge back on the credit card if this doesn't get resolved immediately. I hope there are no other issues we have not opened the other items yet.
