Product came in the delivery window as scheduled and in good condition. I was a bit disappointed that the driver didn't deliver the product to my garage or first dry place. He made me take it down from the street using my own dolly! I live on a steep driveway but he still should've dollied it down to my garage rather than me (I weigh only 130 pounds) and it was very heavy! I told their scheduler that I had a steep driveway ahead of time and that long trucks won't fit down there.

We had 6 Speed Queen Washer and 6 dryer units installed on 10/18/18, the installer only left us with one packet. The packet had a user manual and none of the units or the packet had a warranty registration card in them. I contacted Jeff Evans, the sales manager who quoted and placed the order and I haven't yet received the three year parts and labor warranty he promised us. I've been contacting Jeff Evans who is telling me the manufacture will not return his call about the warranty and suggested that I should contact the manufacture. I asked who his point of contact is and he never responded. If you would look into this matter I would greatly appreciate it.

The refrigerator looks nice, but it makes a really annoying vibrating noise. If I work hard to jiggle the doors, I can get the noise to go away, but it always comes back. I would not recommend this product. I paid a lot of hard-earned money for this product and I expected it to be perfect. It was not.

Purchased a dual fuel stove and it shipped in very timely. 4 states away and arrived in 3 days. The top vent was damaged, I notified them immediately and I was surprised to receive the replacement within 5 days. Great Job! Long term customer for sure.

The Viking refrigerator was delivered missing the stopper on the refrigerator door that stops the door from swinging wide open.

I called my sales person and after days of calling he did not call me back. He called back within an hour during the sales process but obviously once sold we became a lower priority.

I was finally able to speak w a different sales person who was helpful and together we identified the missing stopper issue. I then called back and spoke to my original sales person and explained the missing stopper. He said he would put the service ticket in. I was then called for the service appt time and when they showed up they had no clue about the missing stopper and was not able to fix it. They are now ordering the part.

So not only have you created an extremely disappointed customer you likely wasted your own money by not communicating internally. At this point I would just as soon have the refrigerator returned and I will buy from someone else.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience. My salesman, Brian, really knew his stock. He told me so many details about my Speed Queen washer. He was friendly and professional and I was glad he was the one who helped me. By the way, I absolutely love my Speed Queen! My clothes look brighter now that the detergent is fully washing out of them and I see why they call it a Speed Queen... It was done in a flash.
