This company is terrible buyer beware! I bought a 48" viking range and when it was delivered it was the wrong model and it very poor condition. Company promised to correct their mistake and replace damaged parts instead of swapping for what I purchased as they had already sold the one I picked out to someone else. After 14 months of back and forth with the company to get the parts I still do not have what they promised.

Staff was very knowledgeable of their products and their input was very helpful. The delivery/installation staff were incredible. Very professional and careful, taking every precaution out protect the 48" built in refrigerator and our home.

Need help with grill vent.
Was told u would have someone come to home and look at such.

Purchasing through Elite Appliance helped me maintain my budget at a critical time during the process of building my dream home.

Everything went great except the people did not deliver the cover to the bottom of the fridge and this was months ago and i still don't have it. Would love some feedback on how to receive it. Also, the ice maker is really loud.

We recently built a custom home and most of the kitchen appliances were sourced through Elite. I was finally able to purchase the commercial look of stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. Our sales tech was very helpful with product selection and assisting with technical questions on the specified products we chose. All items were delivered on time and undamaged. Everything looks and works great!

Service took months to be delivered. The scheduling person is totally disorganized and slow. No one returned messages. I had to go through the manufacturer to get service.

John who helped me with my stove was a great person. He made a world of difference and was very patient with me. Thank you all.
