To begin, I was very pleased to be able to save $11 on a wig through Elevate Styles. That was a savings AFTER shipping and handling! Secondly, although Elevate Styles promises that your product will arrive in 7 days, I received mine in THREE days! Was very pleased with the service! And, lastly, I purchased a wig at a beauty supply store and liked it so much that I purchased the same via Elevate Styles; the quality of the product appears to be the same as what I purchased from the beauty supply store. This is my second time ordering from Elevate Styles and I'd recommend it without hesitation!

I purchase this wig and it was three different colors. NOT EVEN BLENDED! The top was dark brown then the tail was light brown then white hair at the nape of neck. IT WAS A CLOWN WIG. BWARE OF DISCOUNTED ITEMS. They refuse to take it back because I use my credit voucher. I AM DISGUSTED. I DELETED MY ACCOUNT.

Extremely satisfied with this company! Was sent the wrong order but representative that I spoke with was SUPER friendly, and even offered to change the color for me. Shipment arrived within 3 days of reorder and they even sent me a return box for me to send the wrong hair to them. Hair looks and feels great! Will be buying from again.
Their customer service is good. However, their return policy and exchange policy is not the greatest. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT IN THEIR POLICY. For instance, I purchase a concealer and I wanted to exchange it for a different color. They denied it, stating "makeup is non returnable". However, this is what their policy states on the website - "Hair care, accessories, products and discontinued or clearance units are not returnable - No Exceptions." It is very vague, so be careful! Also, their shipping is expensive if you do not order the minimum.

Not sure why shipping took so long- updates were provided... however your competitors are shipping same day before 5:00pm. I was disappointed with the color, I ordered 4/30 & hair came with # 4 a few strands of #30... this is NOT a true 4/30 blend - This should be told to the consumer in the description. Other sites have an even blend of 4/30( I have purchased many from numerous hair websites) Since I already opened it & discarded packaging- return was not really an option.
Thin hair & not good quality, NOTHING LIKE THE GLAMOUROUS PICTURE OF A FULL WIG!... HIGHLY DISSATIFIED!

I ordered the Beshe Deep Lace 45 wig from ElevateStyles.com. It came quickly, the item was securely packaged and was exactly what I ordered. This wig is EVERYTHING! I love it! Will definitely order this wig again and shop at ElevateStyles again as well!
Issues with ordering an item that turned out to not be in stock which the website didn't reflect that status. This was after I was charged for the items. However, customer service did notify me of this issue and we worked on resolving it. It took a lot longer than I would like to receive my order but the experience wasn't terrible. Only ordered from this site because the site I usually ordered my products from was out of stock with this item. This site was more expensive but I really wanted this product. Will I order from here again only as a last resort.
I saw this wig on youtube and had to have it I order this wig on a Sunday online no problem the web site was easy to work I got my conformation right away a day later received notice that my order had shipped and the next day I received my package the wig was just as beautiful as it was on youtube I will be ordering from you again.
