All of my experiences with elevate styles have been great. Quick shipping and delivery, items always as listed.
I was not pleased that I had to take the store credit or there would a stocking fee. I was also unhappy the time it took for the item to get to the warehouse! They did not call me! I waited two weeks and I called.The rep. At the store said, the item had not been received at the warehouse but this could not be true. I had received a email stating the wig had arrived and my account would be credited! I had to find my tracking no. From the postal service. Thank God, I kept the information!
Always have nice selection. I like crochet and I can usually find the hair I need on this site and st a better price than in my local beauty supply. Disappointed shipping cost went up but still good value.

They told me it would be 3-5 days to receive the wig and I got it in 2! They didn't put this information about the wig on the site but it had 4 clips all around and and adjustments string, so that $#*! is LOCKED ON. Somebody try to snatch that wig yo hair comin wid it! It didn't budge all day and everyone thought it was real. I will definitely be buying from here again. It was pretty affordable for a lace front.

I have been purchasing wigs from elevate styles for over four years, one major issues with your wig is that the wigs are So inconsistent, when you order a particular wig and like it, if you decide to Oder the same wig again, you are definitely going to get a poorly made wig, especially if the demand for that wig is high. My friends and I have experienced this problem over and over again, it is either the wig is so sparsely made or with a different texture all together. Please try and take care of this issue because it is very frustrating.
Before the site was updated, you can easily zoom in on wigs, it is impossible to do that now and the site is extremely slow, especially when using a table. Fix it please. Thank you.
