I bought an item and was disappointed to find out upon arrival that it was not the correct color. I called in and was informed that they did not have the color I desired and would not be getting it in stock in the near future. There was no option for exchange and they do not give refunds so I disposed of my item. Three days later I checked their website and they now had the color I desired. Had customer service informed me of that I would not have disposed of the item and would have done an exchange. I'm very dissatisfied with the inaccuracy of their customer service xepartment.

I ordered a beautiful wig that came looking exactly like it did in the photo, and it came very fast. I love the fact that they have a wide variety of wigs, a little disappointed that a few of the new ones were already out of stock on colors, but the low shipping and delivery sold me. I think I just found my new site, and a few new signature styles. Bottom line, I ordered it and it shipped and I had it within maybe a total of 3 days.

The product came very quick. I received the product within 2-3 days of ordering.

The product was as described. Coloring and quality was accurate.

I ordered hair from elevate styles. It took forever to arrive at my house. I am assuming because of the huge snowstorm on the east coast. Nevertheless, I did more research and decided that I no longer wanted the hair. I called the company and they informed me to just refuse the package. When it finally arrived, I did not open it. Instead, I took it to my local mailbox and told them that I refused the package. I captured evidence that I refused it. I contacted the company again and the customer service representative was mean to me. Therefore, I decided to open a dispute with PayPal to ensure that I received my refund. I communicated with the seller via paypal. They said once they receive it, they would issue a refund. I waited and waited, nothing. They even indicated that they had received the package. Still no refund. I complained via PayPal saying that they were taking their time giving me back my money even though I had returned the package and they acknowledged receiving it. Finally, they issued my refund. I don't think they would have done that unless of I hadn't complained. I'm really skeptical about working with this company again.
