I purchased a wig that it stated you can dye or perm it I tried to place color on the unit and it did not take. I have purchased this wig before and it I was fine. This time it did not work. I called for a refund and I feel like I'm getting the run around after 4 messages and calls I still have not spoke with a true costumer service rep never again
