The wig that I ordered was sold out at first, so I signed up for them to let me know when it was going to be available and they did just that. Prices are very reasonable. I ordered some products from the site on the 30th of June. The merchandise has not arrived an it is the 13th of July. I have called the company and was told that I could not get a refund until 14 business days from the last shipping up date. I know how to wait until 22nd of July to get my money back.

Its going on 8 days days since ive ordered my hair and i still havent received it yet. It always seems like most of the time now when i want to order a certain hair its always out of stock or unavailable.

I placed an order for multiple wigs. All were available. I get an email a week later saying one wig color was not in stock and I was offered a replacement color, which i accepted. It's about 2weeks now. Not one wig has been delivered, neither do I see tracking info to show its been shipped.
I know a lady who had a similar issue. She ended up getting paypal to refund her.
Another lady ordered 3 wigs. Charged for 3 but only 2 were delivered with no explanation. I WILL NOT be ordering from elevate styles again.
