The color I ordered was 4/27/30, however what I received was very, very dark... could not have been the color although it was printed as the color ordered. This must have been a rejected lot from the manufacturer because I couldn't see any 27 in this unit... not sure if I will reorder if I can't trust the color that I will receive. Feel like I wasted my money. Cannot recommend this company or this product at all.
You all didn't put my wing cap that I order and payed for in my order. This is my second time ordering from this company, but I dont think would order again. Someone knows that they didn't have my order right.

I have ordered from this company several times with no complaints. This time I have to say I am disappointed with some of what I ordered. The order was shipped right away and I received free shipping. The two wigs I ordered were O. K. They were on sale, but the caps were really large and I do not have a small head and they were still to big. I am most upset about my 3d twist braids. They were fuzzy and ragged at the ends. I bout them from a different company before and they were not like that. Before I could use them I hand to re-twist the ends and seal them so they would not unravel. The packages were all open and some braids were sticking out the ends. I only bought 3 packs of braids, and I did not want to go through the trouble or the expense of sending them back. I would just says, I know who ever packed the box had to see all of that before they shipped it to me, but they shipped it anyway. Not Good Elevate Styles!
I order the color i wanted only to be told it was on back order but at the time of purchase it wasn't so now i'm getting a different color than i originally wanted
The wrong order was sent to me originally. When I called them the kept giving me the run around about when the correct order would be shipped out. Needless to say after 5 phone calls and one email and 3 weeks later I received my correct order. I will never recommend anyone or order anything again from elevate style. Horrible experience. Very disappointing. First purchase and last.
I ordered my package July 1st and my package was supposed to arrive July 5th 2016 and its July 9th and I still haven't gotten it.
