I admit this was my first time shopping for a wig on line. Out of the three wigs I order. One wig was a keeper. One wasn't sewed correctly and the one I sent back cost about seven dollars to send back. I just learned that there is a restocking fee, which should have been disclosed more noticeable and not hidden under the customer service policy. However, since I am charged for three wigs. I will use my credit to get another wig that I paid for.
I am not please at all.

I had ordered three wigs but only received two and that was because one of the wigs that I ordered wasnt in the warehouse( ran out of that particular wig style). But that wasnt really pissed me off, what pissed me off was when i had called customer service the following day( it was july 16,2016, a saturday morning when i called)
But anyway, the customer rep had told me that an email was sent to me stating one of the wigs that i had ordered was out of stock and the money was refunded back onto my credit card. But i had told the customer rep that i didnt get that email, so he told me to check my spam, which i did and there was no email that told me about my missing wig. Then, the rep said that they had my email address mispelled, so that was why i didnt get the email. But when i had asked if he could send me an email explaining why the wig i ordered was missing, he basically was getting an attitude all because i said i wanted some proof on my end that an email was sent to me just in case i needed some type of documentation stating why my third wig piece didnt arrive with the other two. Well, i was glad that elevate styles did refund my money because if they didnt... i would trully be beyond pissed off. But i do appreciate the fact that elevate styles wanting to get my opinion, and i hope the next time that i order something from elevate styles, i wont have the same problem like the one i described above.

I ordered from the site for the 1st time and I was beyond satisfied. Delivery was super fast and the selection & price on the site are really great. I will definitely be an ongoing customer.

The best thing about the wig is the look, and feel, enjoyable look of curls, that stay,
To add to this the way the colours are added, got lots of complement on the wig
All I do is wash and go, I also like the feel of the hair, as some times you get after
Long use uncomfortable harsh sticking hair, not this its wonderful. Well done.
Dislikes is having to pay more money here when it arrives, and the cut of hair it would be better at one level, but the hair is long enough for the cut one happy customer have already bought another one thanks.
