I have used ElenasModels for about 6 months now. I have met many ladies from Russia and Ukraine. I have also taken a trip to Ukraine to meet the lady I currently have a relationship with. My experience has been nothing but possative.

There was a couple if of instances of "fishy" scenarios and the site administrators caught them and removed them from the site and informed me about it and warned me if I was in contact with them to be careful. They were very professional about it.

Yes many of the ladies use professional photos. Part of this is cultural and part of this is... yes... baiting the hook. But for the people who complain about it I think they are ridiculous. This is dating and of course they put their best face forward. I would say learn from it and do the same. The women I have met are good and decent people.

I am sure there are scammers who get past the administrators... I have met a few personally. But the vast majority are sincere in looking for a relationship. No company can catch all of the bad eggs but this site does the best job.

Every time I asked for help the admin was there and answered my emails promptly.

I would recommend this site to anyone and give the advice in general to the guys to never send money to anyone and you never need to worry about scams. But I think the site has a reasonable rate for the service provided and provides a wealth of information.

I've been on Elenasmodels for one year I've wasted thoysands of hours and can tell you from experience msny women there are just trying to escape a terrible country... I know I've been there! Most of the women I've communicated with would drop u as soon as a fat rich American attorney wanted to marry them for a sex toy... that happened... truly! In my year I have flown women to meet me taken one girl on a holiday twice met others in Ukraine.,. Do not be sucked in by the propoganda... many of these Slavic women see you as a mobile wallet and as soon as something better is on the horizon you will be replaced... they are superficial shallow and when you get past the looks have very little value as human beings... there culture brain washed them into thinking if I look hot I can be a lazy $#*!... I'm not being bitter here I've travelled the world and I've seen many cultures... the women on these sites have kids and live in a few hundred euros s month alone because they either sucked there husband dry it he had enough of it... u will here all the stories about how bad Russian Ukrainian men are but the truth if you dig deeper is the beauty of most of these women is only skin deep... I've been played and had quite a few women try to play me... and Elenasmodels models has had reports and let's it continue ITS JUST BIG BUSINESS

BEWARE... check out all the forums and hard luck stories of decent western men who lost everything or killed themselves because of these cold blooded creatures...

I used Elena's Models site nine years ago and met with 5 different women in Ukraine and Russia over the course of a few years. While none of the relationships evolved into marriage (my longest romantic relationship was 12 months), the women were genuine and "real". I am actually still friends with some of them even after 9 years, including a few that I never met in person. My wife and I just spent a few days in Paris (before the floods, fortunately) with one of them. I am on this site, because I was doing some updated research on Elena's Models for a recently divorced friend of mine and saw all these negative reviews and felt I needed to comment. While some men might have had some bad experiences, I had MUCH better luck and met much more genuine (and way more attractive ) women than the big US sites. (Not sure I can mention them here). JUST as with any on-line site, be careful, and don't be stupid, but based on my personal experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Elena's Models if it still operates the same as when I used the site.

I have been on this site and off, for a while. I have meet a couple of women on here, it just didn't work out because of the chemistry when there is a face to face. Some of the women on here you have to be careful of. Because they are just trying to get a free trip to the US. Which I have only had it happen one time. Other than that it is pretty much just like any other legit dating site such as match or okpoopid. One thing though is that if you do not plan on traveling in the near future. I would not recommend dating internationally because it will cost way more than meeting someone for a date in your local area.

THE ADMINISTRATOR IS A PIECE OF TRASH A COMPLETE SCUMBAG i Joined this site close to 1 full year ago i sign up chat with a few women exchanged emails with 1 of them she we stopped talking after 1 month of exchanging mails daily i had a number of other unread messages on this site i canceled my membership then changed my mind an signed back up 3 months later an created a brand new account elenas processed my credit card for a 6 month membership for this time i only agreed to pay for 3 months the ADMINISTRATOR Blacklisted my email an continued to charge my credit card once i got to the end of 3 months on this this time around i recieved no messages what so ever i told him he may need to prepare himself for a date in court Guys beware most of the women on this site are really lookin for nothin id say 95% of them most just come on here to View men post bull$#*! Some listing there age as 30 years old when there really 50 years old some listing there age as 65 when there really 35 these russian ukranian ladies even had 2 to 3 profiles of the same girl SCAM! The Admin is a complete Piece of TRASH!

Elena's Models is a rare beacon of integrity in a market that consists mostly of scamming sites. They check the identification of every woman (passport etc) which no-one else does so far as I am aware. Naturally this does not guarantee that the intentions of every woman on the site are honest but I have observed that they are quick to take down the profiles of any woman who they discover to have alternative agendas. Also I have never gotten any kind of sense that they use fake profiles to attract men to the site. If you read a lot of the one star reviews of EM on this site you will see that they are written by obviously stupid men who thought that signing up on the site somehow guaranteed that they would be buying themselves a supermodel. If you approach the site with a modicum of realism and common sense there is every chance that you will find it a rewarding experience. Just in passing I would like to stress that you should ABSOLUTELY avoid any site that expects you to pay for every letter, telephone call, email etc that that you exchange with women. I mean you would think that the clear incentives for fraud that this business model establishes would be obvious to everyone but it is amazing how many men continue to be fleeced by these 'pay per letter' sites. These sites (and they constitute the overwhelming majority in the area of Russian/Ukrainian dating) only exist to empty your bank accounts. Don't say you weren't warned... Mitchell (United Kingdom)

Initially, when you look at it, the site appears to be semi-credible. But the reality is that it's like all the other sites. The women on the site do not read the messages, and if they do, the person you are talking to is not the one in the photo. Even when you provide evidence of this, you'll find that they will not refund credits and the same scammers appear on the site over and over. Do not believe!

After my review was published, the merchant responded with and asked me to contact helpdesk, but I already contacted helpdesk and got a weasely, "sorry we can't help" form reply. Let me be 100% clear. I was a paying customer of this site, and not a dirty competitor and the many negative reviews other than mind attest to this. Look at the aggression they provide to a genuine complaint.

I have been a member of Elenas Models 4 months. I am 43 years old and good looking. Here is what I have experienced.

You will receive EOI and mails from many beautiful women on EM. Their messages will usually be very short, for example, "Hi how are you doing. Would like to know you better." Most will give you a Skype ID so you can chat with them, but as soon as you ask for a cam to cam meeting you will not hear from them anymore. I think they are payed by EM to contact you, so that you can use your 50 contact and have to pay more again to continue to contact more women. The worst of these fake profiles are usually those women who are in the top 100, and those who have bikini pictures on their profile.

There is also scammers on EM. I have been contacted by a handful of them. They are out to collect information about you to use for identity theft or some other fraudulent scam. Do not give your information to anyone on EM before you have met cam to cam in Skype. Ask for a meeting right away when they ask for your information and you will see that they disappear.

There is certainly real women on EM. I have met one of them on a date. But it is average women that you can find in Internet Dating in your own country, so it is not necessary to spend lots of money to travel to another country to meet such women.

So guys, save your money and time. EM is full of fake profiles.

Update 12-19-2015: I have now completed my six months membership at Elenas Models. I wrote my first review after 4 months of membership, and I can only say that the last two months have not changed my views on this site. Waste of money and time, and lots of fake profiles. I will never be back to this site.

I created a profile on an Asian dating site and found my special lady in less than two months:-) It only cost me $45 a month and I could write to all the women I would like to.

Elena's is really not a good site for several reasons. Firstly the Ukraine girls listed are mostly fakes and you need to stay clear of them. Might have pretty and sexy pics but they are not real and you will just waste time and then money if you're not careful. Suggest you install an email tracing software and you will soon see the girls scamming you. For the Russians on the site, very average and little English even though they state they speak English. There's some pretty pics but the majority are old profiles and not contactable.

For me Elena's models is one of the best dating sites out there if you are looking for love in Eastern European countries.

I met a lot of great women there, not just from a love but also friendship point of view. Most of the people I met are genuine people, looking for genuine relationships. There were persons it did not evolve into a romantic relationship, but that is normal. If you meet 20 women on the street and you start talking to them, you would not fall in love or start something with all 20 of then. You might develop some friendships, some might be interesting professionally and maybe one of them will become more.

If you think that all women you talk to on Elena's Model will fall madly in love with you... then rethink. I can only tell you to approach everyone with respect, show them the real you and don't see them as easy women that will drop themselves on their knees for your awesomeness.

So from a website point of view, Elena's Models is just great. It offers you a chance to meet great people looking for love inside or outside the country. It does this by asking for a flat-fee membership, so that you can send as many messages or chats as you want, and won't run your costs very high as other sites do. There is no financial gain for them to string you on.

Here is what you will experience You will correspond with many beautiful women on EM. Some will even video chat with you on Skype. But after a short time they will become disinterested in you even if they were messaging you 50 times a day just the day before they start slowly fading away. Their messages get further and further apart and they stop writing. Some messages I even traced to the country of Benin which is right next to Nigeria! They are likely plants that are payed by EM to string you along. SAVE YOUR MONEY guys and leave EM alone! - Another red flag to watch out for: Two of the three women that I did video chat with made inappropriate comments to me. One used the "N" word and another told me that "size matters". Now I realize that they are from a different country and culture but I am very well traveled and I have never experienced anyone saying things like these women did. In my opinion, after they chat with you and string you along for a while they say sometime offensive to try to get you to make it easy on them so that you stop calling them. Caveat Emptor

Elena's Models (elenasmodels.com) is a truly legitimate international dating site. There are many quality users on this site. The site has clear behavioral guidelines for the participants and enforce them. I have met many fantastic people on this site who were very genuine and truly looking for a partner. In fact, I cannot remember feeling_even once_ that i was being scammed. My belief from experience is that you have a very good chance of meeting a real, and quality person from this site. I first went to Elena's Models in 2011. I have hid my profile a few times since then when I was dating a girl. Elena's Models is a DATING site. Its not a "buy a wife" site. So, of course, there will be communications that result in nothing in the long term. You think that every lady that answers you is going to accept a visa, jump on a plane, and join you in your country? You think that every lady you meet in person is going to be madly in love with you at first meeting? These ladies are human beings. Like on any date, they may decide they don't want to marry you. No harm, no foul. The reason why so many guys get pissed off about it is that it is uber-expensive to fly to them and meet them. If you are not willing to accept the cost, don't go to an international dating site. Stick with a site in your country. As far as scamming, I have reported every incidence of someone asking me for money before a first meeting. All the website asked me for was proof of that ( e.g. an email asking for money). In every case, the lady's profile was removed. But you can't have a lady's profile removed just because she didn't like you after you met. They are not obligated to love you just because you bought the ticket to her country. That's why I, and the website, recommend you spend as much time as possible with communication to see if there might be a connection before you jet-set to their country thinking that you have an easy girlfriend. If its too easy, you could be in for a divorce as soon as she gets the green card. I agree with many observations here. First, if you are in your 40s ( or older), forget about a 20 something contacting you. Try for a 30 something or older. 20 year olds just don't want a guy in their 40s or beyond. Its just basic human biology. Even if you are in your 40s or older, and get replies, it will just end in divorce or worse once she is in your country and has her citizenship. The most honest girls there will consider about a 15 year difference. But beyond that, its probably bull. The site can't keep track of all the failed "romances" because an older guy invites a much younger woman to their country. That's not the websites problem and not in their capabilities. Just keep the age difference about 15 years at max, 20 if you are older than 50, don't send money until you are engaged and have met the person at least 3 times and have dated 6-12 months, and... most important... have treated it like a normal dating situation... not a "hey, I can get you a visa" situation. Elena's Models is not responsible for the stupidity and naivete constantly being shown by western guys. It's not a "buy a wife" website. So stop treating it as that. Contact the girls you want, show em your best, date for a while, then see if it would work out. By the way, desperation is a very unattractive quality... in any nation.
