Totally agree with previous bad reviews. If you a woman and want to register, you'll have come hell and high water for your profile to be approved. Totally waste of time! Requirements for photos are not disclosed to users. When you ask helpdesk legit questions, all you'll get a copy/paste answers that do not make sense. Collected my phone number for verification, but guess what, no one called! The question is for what purpose they do it, if no one reaches out. Required to upload more photos, but when I pointed out the women profiles with only one photo, all I've got as an answer "upload more photos and be positive." Terrible incompetence in working with users. Withholding important information from users before or during registration is unacceptable. After pointed out to several men profiles with no photos, they say that is OK, because men are a paid members, however no background checks are conducted. IT IS NOT OK for a trustful dating site, as they present themselves. After all this hassle with registration, I deleted my account that have not been even approved.
I had a very bad experience with their service! Very rude owner, lots of scamers, fraud. Seems she does not really help to her members.

I do not agree with some of these bad reviews. Since I joined I have corresponded with many ladies and have met a few on Skype. I travel to Russia recently to meet one and I had a wonderful time. I also had cancelled my membership with no problems at one point when I was talking exclusively with just one lady. All sites will have people that are less than honest and also try to scam you. Elena's always reminds us to never send money to these ladies. They also will advise you if they have removed a profile of a lady who was not following the rules. I researched several sites before joining Elena's as they were the only one that had just a one time fee and no "pay per letter" This is a good site but you always must use common sense.

Amazing thing happens once you sign up and pay money. You become invisible! The anxious girls that cant wait to talk? Not anymore. As this isnt a "pay per letter" deal, the girls (by their own admission) have no incentive to continue corresponding once you've paid your expensive access fee. Site is trying every way possible to get you to send them a copy of your passport so you can confirm your identity. Nothing suspicious there. Complain to them? They will tell you flat out - TOUGH. No refunds for ANY reason. None. THis site is just about getting about $200 out of your pocket and then who cares what after that. Im not the only saying this guys... not only does that smoking hot 25 year old Ukrainian not want anything to do with you, but Elenasmodels just wants to get money out of you. Oh... want to stop your autorenewal, be prepared to cancel your credit card. Really. They will say "Oh, we are happy to cancel your membership. Please send us copy of your passport."

Thank you for your feedback. Refunds are provided if you do not use the services provided in your membership. Cancelling autorenewal is very simple and is done in your settings by clicking one link. If you have trouble with that just contact hepdesk and it will be done that same day (unless you have used the membership functions already. However, even then we normally refund a portion. If you have had an issue please provide me with your membership ID number and we will look into this issue immediately.
Our membership also provides a credit back to your account if a woman responds positively to your EOI then you use your unlimited communication credit by mail or text chat does not reply within 30 days- it's automatically credited to your account. Also if we suspend any women (and we do suspend women daily) if you used a credit on that member it is automatically credited back to your account. We have operated this policy since 2014 and it is very successful.
We only request identity information if there are suspicious credit card details and profile information details. Credit card processors assist us in sending us suspicious transactions which we investigate daily.
It is true we are not "PAY PER LETTER" as you have pointed out and it is true as you state women have no incentive to continue corresponding. This only reinforces Elena's Models is a real dating site with normal real members and it is up to each to decide how they communicate with and how often.

I have been on this site for about 4 months searching for the right woman for marriage. I went over seas to Ukraine on a romance tour to find a good woman to spend my life with, I met many interesting women over seas and ended up dating two women over the past year that I had met on my tour. These relationships didn't work out but we have remained friends and one of the ladies told me about this site to try, so I signed up a paid for my membership and have met many interesting women from this site, I have met a number of these women face to face on my tour I took, and I have video chatted with a good number of new women I've met from here. I have even had a Ukrainian with a tourist visa come and visit me in the US for 2 months to spend time together. I can say that these women are real and honestly looking, if you don't have the money or time to go see them in person then please don't waste the ladies time, if they like you they are going to ask to meet in person and it's usually pretty quick. Thanks Elenasmodels for everything that you do. I would never use another site or tour agency again.

Terrible service, I mean there is no service at all(((( Troubles with everything(downloading pictures, help desk response etc.) Didn`t have access to their app because they didn`t want to approve it. Posted all my personal information there including professional picture. And then was told they need more information. TERRIBLE! Contacted help desk several times with no success. Finally just quit and deleted my account.

I was a member of this site not for long and I delete myself because man there was weird and all what was interesting for them is my phone number. After I deleted I find out site was chatting with a lot of men against me! They took my phone number which should be not visible and one man start to call me and ask for next time I turn on my camera because he didn't see me but I never ever use chat room and never talk with camera there, I wrote couple letters and after all man who contact me asked for my phone and skype in first letter ( and it is forbidden to share personal applications there) I delete my profile so it was not possible I chat with man in that time when I was not a member any more.
People don't trust them! It is not girls talk with you on chats, it is hired people pretend to be that girls to you pay for their site!

Frankly we have never seen a review that is so far from any reality or truth we can only assume the intent is to mislead and confuse any reader for commercial gain.
We state as normal that any respected media, legal authority or Government agency is welcome into our office and have full access to every part of our operation of 19 years, including viewing all computer code, phone records and interview employees to verify our simple but very effective dating website and membership system.

1. Paying members can share with another member by their own choice contact information. We always advise caution when doing this and provide advice how to protect your information.
2. Sharing of personal contact information with each other is the number one reason most people join Elena’s Models. They have the right to decide and not be controlled by pay per letter (PPL) dating sites who will never allow such feature.
3. We suggest to all readers to google “Pay Per Letter dating or PPL dating, the results and information will scare you.
4. No one can obtain your information unless you allow it on our website. You decide on your profile what you want to share or not want to share. It is impossible for us to do it as our code only allows you the user to select yes or no.
5. No member is paid to speak, text or mail any member on Elena’s Models. We only offer a monthly membership fee and you can text chat, video chat and mail as much as you want whenever you want so it is financially a impossibility this is even a viable method. Nas you are completely lacking logic or integrity with such a terrible claim.

Elena’s Models does not have any third party collaboration in Ukraine or Russia. We do not co-operate with any agencies for obtaining members or profiles or require any work to be outsourced.
The only way such things can occur as suggested by Nas is if you contract agents to supply profiles to your website for a Fee, thus they then use those profiles to get a share(commission) from pay per letter communication.
However if there is any benefit in reviews like Nas, it is the help that they continue to bring to the top of discussion the massive worldwide fraud of fake and false communication occurring with payper per letter(PPL) websites.
The main red flag about this website is that how they make black PR writing articles about other dating websites! The honest website will not need this to "win the competition" with other dating sites - they will concentrate on their own reputation.
I corresponded with one very good mature lady for a while. Then her profile was removed. I was upset that maybe she appeared a scammer (though never asked me for any help or gifts). However, in few days she texted me on my private email, thanks God she saved it. Of course my first question was why her profile has been deleted? She answers support didn't exaplain the reason and just answered that her profile was suspended for no reason. Wow! Suspended? "Your face look suspicious- so I will erase you!" - that's the policy of this site!
To be honest, at that time I didn't know who to believe, because I haven't seen her on video - just she kept sending me her recent photos. But as I already planed my visit to Ukraine, I arranged a meeting with her. And what do you think, gentlemen? - she was exactly what I imagined, genuine person, looks like her photos, never asked me for money or shopping. The only problem was her bad English, but she told me about this far in advance and I was ready. But still I feel that might be difficult to make relationships work without normal communication. Though my doubts have nothing to do with her character.
I'm sure many of men were in the same situation when your lady was suddenly deleted. I realize it's because women don't pay any membership and get no respect from the site. They make you think they care about you and protect you from scam women, but in reality they erase honest women just in random way! It makes the search really impossible!
However, many ladies who gave me hints about financial help are still on the website, which makes me think that they work for the site.

It is difficult to know if you are or where a member of Elena’s Models as all comments here are made with no association to your membership name or ID for us to verify your comments even being a member of our website.
However in regards to suspending profiles we follow very simple and clear rules for anyone using our website. Should any member break those rules we suspend them as quickly as possible. If a member was suspended it was certainly for breaking website rules (spamming, money requests, gift request, bad language, harassment, evidence provided by other members) and likely evidence provided by another member and no other reason as you have suggested.
Seriously Kevin, we have been operating since 1999 and to suggest we suspend a member just by looking at their picture is absurd. Technology has moved a long way forward to support our protection of members than what you have suggested.
We have many monitoring and reporting systems that automatically alert us to suspicious activity to undertake further investigation into a member’s profile.
In your situation when the lady was suspended you would have received an email from us advising you of the suspension (this is automatically provided to all members who has had contact with the suspended member) and also advice that a high degree of caution should be taken if you personally continue to communicate offsite directly.
We are surprised you have continued offsite communication with a suspended profile member and state here you know of profiles who asked for money or gifts on our website. We can fully warrant that if you have sent us a email with evidence of such requests those profiles would have been immediately suspended.
Our company is open to any review by legal authorities or mainstream media news investigations including reviewing operational processes, computer code and the monitoring and security measures we take to protect and advise members of suspicious activity.
I will have to say that not all is bad on this site. From my experience, there are plenty of legitimate women on this site. Other sites had a lot of scams and ripoff schemes but I have had good luck on Elenas.
I am least judgmental and an open minded person. Am from all over and from USA. Most profiles on this elenas models website are fake and it's just waste of money. I travelled in Russia and Ukraine. I've only been a member for two weeks, but I rank the likilihood of this site being legit pretty high. I've been attempting online dating for 10+ years and have never gotten so much as a response from women (unless they were fake). I'm 32 years old, slim, in good shape, and target a realistic age range. However, I am very unattractive in the face. Why do I believe that Elena's Models is mostly real profiles? Because out of 120 girls who have viewed my profile, only 3 have messaged. That is statistically realistic. Now don't get me wrong, I'm still suspicious about the 3, in fact, one of them I have already identified as a fake. She was very vague in her responses and at one point answered a question I did not even ask. Plus she wanted to move the conversation to another application on the 3rd message. Those are all the red flags. I am still chatting with the other two girls, and if they are fake, then it is a much more elaborate scheme. Neither of them has asked for money yet, nor have they asked to take the conversation to email/facebook where they can proceed with their scam more easily. Time will tell, but at the very least I can say that this website is not full of fake profiles to the extent that other dating websites are. Of course it will be impossible for any online interaction service to filter out 100% of dishonest people. That is why you as the consumer have to look out for yourself. Be realistic about your expectations and learn to spot the red flags. I believe that most scammers will move on if they get the slightest hint that you are a skeptic. They have many easier targets to work with. Most of them aren't seeking long term investments, so they will message you two or three times and then the red flags will start showing up. Learn the patterns and techniques. The information is out there. Once you filter through all of the crap (and you may have to spend months/years filtering) you might just find that special someone.

The fact is you need to contact many people and it is harder to get responses, particularly if you are expecting everyone to answer you. Quality dating sites can easily be identified by two attributes
1. They don’t charge per communication
2. If you get positive responses constantly – yes it’s likely too good to be true

I have no doubt that the site is legitimate. I have met many interesting and beautiful women. There are also a lot of ladies on the site who are more interested in money than in love and romance. As a general rule of thumb, go for those with the current format of the membership number, 214, and give those that have earlier numbers a miss. They have been on the site a long time, and are either very picky or interested in one thing! And its not a long term relationship!
However, I am still here and I am ever hopeful! Chris O
