Switching to Elegant Themes was the one of the best decisions I've made since using WordPress over the last several years. TOP NOTCH support. CONSTANT, impressive improvements being made to the Builder and Divi Theme. VERY reasonable cost. PHENOMENAL customization possibilities. I can be VERY CREATIVE with the Divi Builder and theme. It's a very freeing experience. And I've used their support countless times over the years and have ALWAYS been pleased. And a truly, very USEFUL newsletter (a rarity). Without hesitation, I tell everyone looking for a great theme and builder about Divi and Elegant Themes. These guys are THE REAL DEAL.

Divi has great templates, is easy to customize, and is getting better all the time. Their support does take a while, but they will actually go into your account and diagnose the problem. Themes are cheap and support is expensive so this is very rare and very helpful.

Divi is the best thing to ever happen to Wordpress web design. I can't live without the product, and the support is as good as the product itself. There are very few products that I will unequivocally recommend to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Divi is one of them.
One of our sites experienced a formatting issue after the recent upgrade to Divi 4.0. Our initial investigation failed to identify the solution to the issue, so we reached out to ET. We had to wait around 24 hours for the first response, but from then our experience was excellent. Goran found the issue immediately and in follow-ups suggest solutions and guided our team to exactly where to apply. Really pleased to recommend Divi and the ElegantThemes support team. One request... quicker initial response.
I have used Divi to build a couple of websites now, and I am planning to continue to use the platform in future. Seems stable and offers loads of flexibility. Support queries take an hour or two to receive a response, but have been dealt with effectively and I am satisfied.
Goran was exceptionally helpful, diagnosing and remedying each of my three problems quickly and precisely. It is not easy to be a customer service engineer - so many different people around the world with different communication skills and tech knowledge - so I deeply appreciate someone "getting it" quickly, solving it, and communicating in a clear and kind way - no impatience. Goran saved me days of effort. Thank you again Goran - it was worth the wait.
Very helpful customer service. The problem resulted from the DiVi update. But they solved my problem efficiently.
I had to reach out to the Elegant Themes Support for an issue with my Extra theme. Their support team was great, have had responses to fairly quickly and they escalated the issue and Goran from the Support Leads was able to find the culprit and fixed the issue for me. More success to ElegantThemes, I am really amazed by how easy you are making it for us not so techy guys to customize WordPress and manage our blog. Tied with a great support team, I'm positive are off to more success. Cheers!

Hands down the best WP theme I've ever used. And support is simple to use :) Already integrated in the theme options.
The extra theme works well and there are loads of plugins available. Some are paid, but you now they are compatible with your theme, and thats important to me. The guys at support are willing to help you achieve any adjustment with custom code, there are some very smart guys over there. They have helped me out numerous times! Thanks, you guys rock! I love Divi. It is easy to use and it is my preferred platform for website development. I have had good success with the support department and they have always been able to solve my problem within 12 hours even when it was my error.
