I'm using Divi for my sites and it has been good so far. I've rarely got into any glitches and works as expected.

One thing I would love them to add is a 'nofollow' checkbox when we are adding a link to our blog posts. This is something all the bloggers need and affiliate marketers need.

Every time we have to remember to that attribute to our affiliate links.

There is only one reason I've given a 4 star.

The support team is very knowledgeable and solve the problem properly.

Very fair price, easy to use and awesome customer service. The Divi builder is very impressive and made my life alot easier. Also their themes are just amazing. This is the best investment that I made this year and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I recently rebuilt my website using Elegant Themes' EXTRA theme and my new site LOOKS better for it! More importantly, however, I've been very impressed with the service I received from the Elegant Themes staffspecifically those manning the instant chat featurewhich I've been making great use of. For instance, yesterday Kumar helped me dial in my site with a number of helpful CSS code and scriptstelling me exactly where I needed to place each in order for them to work the way I needed them to. Thank you Kumarand the rest of the Elegant Themes support staff!

I purchased the lifetime membership from ET years ago, when they were just getting cranking. If you had asked me a few years ago, I would have said that I loved the platform but the customer service was the WORST. And, quite frankly it wasn't that they were bad, they were just non-existent. Thank goodness for Forums. NOW, however, I have seen a true commitment to be responsive and knowledgeable with regards to their support. I just had a quick and painless chat support session that warmed my heart. My ET baby is out of the terrible teens and is all grown up now!
Do I like all the ongoing Divi changes that require me to stay in the learning curve? No. But, every update has improved the product, so ultimately I do like it.

I was having some issues with the Divi builder plugin on one of my clients sites. Even though the issues were possibly caused by a theme which they didn't support they spend several hours troubleshooting and giving me feedback, and eventually solving the issue I was having. In all honesty, they went above and beyond anything they needed to have done, but did so anyway. This is how great support should be done and was done. I already loved ET for their Divi concept, they show me time and time again how devoted they are to making sure Divi works everywhere all the time. I highly recommend this to anyone. I have spent many years troubleshooting all kinds of software and web applications and this kind of awesomeness is a rarity. Keep up the great work! And if you are in doubt, there is no need, they will help you with your goals.
