I got the code put it in and it didnt work. Then i put in on xbox.com and it went in.
Paypal sent a message that said that the order seems suspicious. But at the end the order did go though
Ordered a Minecraft pc card on Sunday at 11pm. Knowing this was out of their business hours I anticipated getting the card the next morning. It wasn't sent. Sent the company an email and they told me they were scanning the cards in the warehouse and it would be ready soon. I gave them about 5 hours, seeing as they state that it will be ready within 2 hours during their business hours. I emailed them again and they gave me the same reason. I gave them the rest of the day with no card still. I started a claim with PayPal and they have still not responded. Ended up buying it off amazon and getting it intantly. Do yourself a favor and buy from amazon or straight off the minecraft website. Electronic first is a scam.
Bought Xbox live gold card 12 month today. Tried repeatedly to get it to work. Called Xbox live and was told the code is only good in Brazil. Nowhere on the site is that notated. Very wrong

This occurred due to Microsoft changing the region of the codes without informing suppliers. We issues a refund / replacement in this case.

I ordered the 12m xbox gold code. I Used paypal in case i needed to dispute. (Use paypal for everything people! If the site doesn't accept paypal, spend a few more dollars elsewhere!) Within 5 minutes my code was emailed. I entered it into my xbox live account and everything was good to go!
Found ElectronicFirst through google/shopping - watch the currency on your purchase. When I did the 'buy now with paypal' I got the (correct) pricing in US$ - when I clicked through the shopping cart it changed to the same amount but in GBP. Completed purchase - no verification needed (other reviews said phone number was required) - delivery of codes was in minutes. Took me longer to work out where to use the codes than for the codes to be delivered. All inputted, and confirmed as valid and accurate.
Their support guy Geoff sold me a used code then blocked me. Beware of this scam site!

Web site clearly says "... no waiting around. All orders are sent as soon as payment is received. Enjoy your gaming!" It is a lie. Ordered 3 days ago still not received and no communication reply from company. I see lots of other complaints about this site now... I wish i would have checked before giving them my money. Now i have the headache of having to file a came with pay pal to get my money back.

WOW within 10 min of positing this review i get contacted by the company for the first time about this issue. (you can see the reply on this page) How strange is that. As a paying customer I could not get anyone at all to reply to me for over 2 days even sending request through pay pal for non delivery of items paid for i got no response. Now that i am a unsatisfied x customer i get contacted within 10 min of posting a negative review. Speaks volumes about this company doesn't it.

We ask all first time customers to provide a working telephone number as well as a valid home address for verification. This is stated in our terms. We have had to put this measure in place because of a very high amount of fraudulent payments made to us using PayPal. We hope you understand why we have this measure in place and although you may assume PayPal is safe and secure. Many people daily have their accounts hacked.
Since you have opened a dispute and escalated it you will receive a refund from PayPal eventually. Problems and issues can occur but we encourage customers to contact us before opening claims to avoid problems and delays in the future.

Read a whole heap of positive reviews so I bought a £35 psn card for £32:93, because playstation store would not allow me to add funds to my wallet, anyway without creating any account and by just providing my email address and debit card details, I purchased a psn card from them, BIG MISTAKE because over two hours later, i have nothin, no confirmation email or e-card, the ef support person has no record of purchase and decided to stop replying to me, after just repeatedly asking me for purchase confirmation, which I don't have, now they say maybe the purchase has failed, the bank says its been made and says there is nothing I can do about it, 3 hours later after getting extremely frustrated I managed to persuade someone to check for my purchase, and they managed to work out that my email address was incorrect, and five minutes later I received my code, which worked
Never buy from them. Anounced that codes are delivered in 15 mins to email, but usually need to wait 3-24 hours.

Come across this site via Google offering cheap game codes which are emailed to you within 15 minutes.
I checked a few reviews before making any sort of purchase, however I'm starting to think these are fake reviews and are posted by the owner/s of this site just to entice customers to spend money.
I ordered a Xbox 12 month gold membership and went through the card payment process. The payment screen was a https domain.
I received an email acknowledging my payment. A minute later I received another email from electronic first saying they need to verify my phone number and address. I replied to this email with my details. 30 minutes later I received nothing. So I thought I'd email again in case the first one didn't go through for whatever reason... Another 30 minutes pass and still nothing.
Next I went onto their website and opened an online chat window with a support person called "Angie". I explained the situation and I got the following response
"Separate email was sent for verification, please reply. Thank you."
I'm unsure whether or not this an automated reply. I then replied saying I have replied to the email numerous times... This was the last I heard from Angie:(
Next I contacted them via the "contact" button and guess what happened?! Nothing.
I'm now going to try an get my money back from my card provider.
So a little bit of friendly advice... don't do it!
