I know this site seems so sketchy, so I was checking for reviews here. Decided to give it a shot since Microsoft office was only $15 and I didn't mind risking that much. Used paypal just in case something went wrong - but everything went fine. There was a slight delay before I received my email, but only about 15 mins. Got the code as a jpeg attachment and didn't even have to open it outside of my gmail viewer, so it felt pretty safe. The code seems to work fine and I now have an activated version of MS Office. Nice!

Have purchased xbox live memberships from them for the last 5 years.
Usually get sent an email with a picture of a code attached.
Always works and much cheaper than paying 60 euro's with microsoft.
Can't understand others who have had bad experiences.
Sounds like they are not that computer literate.

Works like a charm

Like you, I was cautious at first and thought maybe this is a scam. Then I started to read the reviews and thought, what's there to lose? If I go through paypal I can cancel the payment and get fully refunded if it is a scam or if using the VPN doesn't work. So I just followed the steps that they tell you, which is very simple to follow. Wasn't hard to set up the VPN and start a free trial. I didnt have any problems viewing the code and when I went to redeem the code Microsoft gives 1 month free if you allow them to renew your membership for 60$ when it expires. Aslong as you trust yourself to remember to turn off autorenewal during that month. Cant go wrong with 13 months of live for 37$. I wish I could give more stars. Hopefully this review will help those that are undecided.

I purchased a 12 month xbox live gold subscription and received a code within 3 minutes of purchase. As described by another user, the file had no extension, so I went to the file name, right clicked, chose rename, and named my file xboxlive. Jpg. Once I did this, there was a picture of the code; which I was able to enter to my xbox live subscription. No issues redeeming. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I have to go in and make the file readable myself. I did purchase a worldwide version because I didn't want to worry about trying to do the VPN thing.

I am an IT expert, thought I could save money on my xbox live subscriptions for myself and my two kids. I downloaded the VPN application and never received a code. This is a scam, it might work for some, but would you risk a 20$ chance or spend an extra 12 bucks and go to cdkeys.com. Up to you, i regret it and the worst part is I read the reviews before I bought it considering my IT background. SCAM!

Worked perfectly

Was a bit hesitant but tried to save a few dollars you won't save exactly what they say when you go to pay it bumps up to 49$ but if you download the app to change your VPN pay the. 99 to place your IP address as Brazil and go log into your Microsoft account incognito then use the code it took them five minutes to send me it works perfectly. Follow the instructions and you will be fine sorry to ask the people that can't read but how to do it is right on the site. Happy savings.

DON"T USE

Purchased a XBOX LIVE Gold for USA. They sent me a code that did not work, wrong region and tried to get me to go Incognito Mode on Google Chrome to activate different ways. Obviously Fraudulent. Come to find out it was a Brazil code they sent me and wanted me to pay $5 more dollars for an USA code. Luckily, I purchased through PAYPAL and it clearly stated I purchased an USA code. Started a claim through PAYPAL and they refunded my money. DON'T USE THEM! Or if you do make sure you go through PAYPAL

Here's how it works.

Use PayPal. Make sure you are buying a worldwide code. On top of that, make sure your PayPal region is where you want to redeem the code. Make sure you have access to the PayPal email.

I got a JPEG 7 minutes after i got my PayPal confirmation email. I successfully redeemed the code.

If it didn't work, it's probably because the user side messed up. If you get an attachment with no extension, just change it to a. Jpg with rename command.

No I'm not a representative of this company, I just wanted to push away some of these bad reviews because I just saved$15 on a 12 month live gold membership and was successful in doing so BECAUSE I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS. Make sure you're buying the right item and use PayPal in case something does actually go wrong.

So let me first say that I placed my order (US region) before I landed on this review site, and the email delivery for my 12 month xbox live subscription didn't arrive immediately as stated in the sale, it actually took about 20mins for it to arrive in my inbox. I got anxious while I was waiting and googled the site to see if it was reputable. After reading all the negative reviews here, I thought for sure it must be a scam given that it didn't arrive quickly. I was halfway through composing an email to their support team when I finally received the email. Now, the code they send you is literally a scanned image of the back of one of the physical cards that's been scratched off to reveal the code (which again made me anxious because I heard about people receiving used codes and figured this might be the case). Next I went onto the Microsoft site [https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem#/] logged into my account and input the full 25 digit code and fortunately it was immediately recognised and validated by the Microsoft store. So IT DOES WORK, but the interface and the experience of receiving a scanned image of the code instead of plain text really put me off. Luckily there was nothing to worry about in this case. I just wish the web designers would put a little more effort into the website design because it comes off looking very "dodgy". The fact that they sent a picture of the code does very little to garner your customer's trust. So like I said it worked out okay but it made me really anxious so I don't think I would buy from them again simply because I don't want to endure that process of uncertainty again.

Told them and they started ignoring me.

Possible scam

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Ordered Xbox live card today and nothing was sent over. No confirmation and no code. Sent them a email and no response. Please beware of this place.

I attempted to purchase a key for MS Office 2016. After paying by PayPal I was told I would receive the code shortly. Instead of the code I received an email requesting my personal details! I sent an email back refusing for obvious reasons. I had to argue with them a little over this. Eventually they said they would send the code. Instead of the key code I received an email with an attachment. The attachment had no file extension. For obvious reasons I refused to open this. When purchasing keys from other sites they have always sent the code in the email text. VERY VERY DODGY! I am now trying to recover my money.

IN ADDITION. This company immediately tried to block my trustpilot review. I had to appeal to trust pilot to get it reinstated. This must be common practice that they remove bad reviews to manipulate Trust pilot. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

We can confirm that customers private details have never been sold or exposed in any way. They are simply used to verify the purchase was made by the customer.

Due to the nature of the products we sell (digital codes) and the high rate of stolen CC fraud involving PayPal we have had to put certain measures in place to ensure the transaction has been authorised by the customer.

This is generally only requested on first time purchases or high value orders.

Your product was sent as an image file. The codes are sometimes scanned from cards so they are sent this way. The file sometimes becomes corrupted and may not show up properly in the email.

In this case contact us and we will resolve the issue by sending you the code typed up.

Bought a code online from these and it worked fine. Had to email as it didn't come through to my main inbox. Was told to check my junk email and found it in there.

The code was sent within minutes and worked fine on Xbox.com

If you have any problems just email them, they're helpful and reply within minutes. Don't be put off by the bad reviews here, if you pay through PayPal your covered by buyer protection anyway so even if something does go wrong, you have nothing to worry about.

EXCELLENT.

Code doesn't work. Like another reviewer, called Xbox Live, they confirmed it's a Brazil only code. I told EF. They told me to delete all emails from them from my email and computer so they can resell it... in other words, get rid of all evidence of the scam... I've contacted Paypal and my credit card instead.
Don't trust positive reviews on here, they are fake. And that TrustPilot site blocks (flags) all negative reviews leaving only good ones. Total scam.

Absolute fraud.

12 Xbox Live card

Ordered the card through here for the obvious discount compared to the live store. Was emailed the code within minutes, the code entered and regestered as a 12 month subscription. After clicking confirm it said something went wrong on there end. Emailed customer support and had a response again in minutes. Ended up having get on a support forum that had you login and enter it on the web. Code worked A++ 4/5 stars for the extra work. Will purchase in the future!
