Don't pay them any money. After I pay for product key I got nothing but useless emails and requests of my personal data etc. Support is not working at all. Absolutely 100% scammers
As of late 2025, this is a 100% scam company run out of the UAE. They prey on kids and grandparents, taking money but not delivering anything. They have automated support responses but no actual customer service. DO NOT send them money, you will regret it.
After purchasing the license, it turned out it wasn't working. After some back-and-forth emails/apps, they said it was my fault and that the code had probably already been used by someone I knew. This is utter nonsense, of course, since I tried to register it immediately after purchasing. They refuse to offer refunds. They blame the customer for the problem, so their 100% customer satisfaction claim is absolute nonsense. Don't trust this site. If you have any problems, you're completely on your own and won't get any help. They claim the code is activated by me, when I know it hasn't left my computer, but I can't proof that. Absolutely no cooperation.
Purchased a videogame key and, after payment, the store required me to provide a scan of my government ID to receive the key. This requirement was not disclosed before purchase. I refused to share my ID and was offered a refund instead of delivery. Be aware of post-payment ID verification requirements.
Charged my card three separate times after advising me all charges were declined. Over a month I'm waiting for a refund. Customer support literally has a combined 2 braincells between the whole team. Thank god for chargebacks/disputes :) STAY THE F AWAY
I purchased an Xbox Game Pass code from ElectronicFirst.com, thinking it was a legit deal. After taking my money, they sent an email saying I needed to send a copy of my driver's license or passport "to verify my identity" before they would deliver the code. This is a classic scam tactic — no reputable digital seller asks for government ID to send a game code. They also block access to customer service unless you create an account, which is just another way to stall or gather more info. I've contacted my bank and am preparing to dispute the charge. Do NOT trust this site. Avoid at all costs. I'm posting this to help others avoid falling for what I did.
Just wanted to buy a Xbox gamepass for 41€ seemed ok at first they took my money right away and then i waited for about 3 hpurs and still no code to be sent, so i went to talk to customer service and NO RESPONSE (also they asked for ID which îs suspicious enough because an and i quote "an error occured")
Sketchiest website and it deserves all the 1 star rating, and in my opinion someone should contact the authorities!
Be aware. They will send you redeemed keys and claim that you are cheating. I think they will do this for 1 in 5 customers to retain their ratings.
I learnt my lesson the hard way trying to save a few dollars.
I wish i could have attached screen shots of their customer chat to show as proof here, they almost taged me a fraudster threatening to block my account piggybacking on someone else account that did not belong to me.
DO NOT share screen shots of your personal account they may very well find its way into dark web.
And if you still want to be adventurous use Paypal where you can dispute the transaction if needed.
Just stay away
Dont waste your time on them, go buy genuine microsoft keys
They are liars and thieves. I did not receive my product and not even the refund they had promised. SCAM.
I bought a Steam Key, was delivered in less than 3 minutes, product works fine, installing a s I type. Would recommend to a friend.
Ne pas confondre avec electronic-first qui est un site d'arnaque

I bought a $100 dollar xbox gift card for my nephews christmas gift and received a $50.00 gift card when redeeming the code. I contacted them for either the other half or a refund. Instead they called me a scammer. I never leave negative feedback for businesses however I gave them ample enough time to make it right. If you are searching to see if they are legit you probably have a gut feeling they are not. Go with your gut feeling, please save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.
Placed order for Skyrim on switch, advertised as instant, over 24 hours and still no sign. Been onto customer service more times than enough now just wanting my code but all I'm getting is it's very busy with slow replies from customer service. Honestly starting to get to the point of defeating the whole purpose buying when you can go else where with instant delivery 🤷🏻 until my code arrives I can only say what I've said. Not happy with the situatin
So today i was looking for a game key for
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.
- I looked up all keystore to find a key for the game. Then i found www.electronicfirst.com.
BIG MISTAKE.!
I payed for the key. And then NOTHING!.
After 45 mins i went to the "Live chat"
- The chat is not live at all. There is nobody there.
You will get a stock message about they need to create your account?!. Witch is very odd since i already made a account to get the game.
So now here i am 40£ short and nothing to show for it. - Please save yourself the hassel and just buy the game on Battelnet or Steam. As im going to do now.
I would leave -5 Stars but i cant.
Website is a total scam and they will steal your money and laugth about it behind your back.
This is stealing and ive contacted my bank. Regarding this scamming website.
I "bought" a Switch game. Quotation marks because essentially I got a Nintendo Account linked to my Switch. Got a password for that account to enter the Nintendo Eshop, and redownload the game I "purchased", plus any other game I want from that account. Also got a warning to never delete the game or the account after downloading, because I might lose the access to it. I felt sick, because nothing suggested that this is what I buy, I tought I will get a key of some sort. I couldn't access the Nintendo eshop after a couple of days with the password I've been given - which I expected to happen as they have access to the email for that account - so yes I could have played the game as long as that account is linked to my Switch, which is dodgy as hell. Instead I got rid of the whole account from my Switch, and yes of the access to the game, and accepted that I've been scammed of some money.
There's always a bit of dodginess to these kind of sites, but this was the first one for me that's a total ripoff.
3 days ago I bought ea fc 24 and I've been waiting since then, the team is just wasting my time and trying to keep me busy, as I see this page is a HUGE SCAM they wont give your money back or send you your code & Game. Please be careful
I don't leave many reviews but I had to this time just to let people know that this company is a joke, ordered a game from them that they said was in stock, took the money straight away and guess what no game! Messaged the day after and their reply was sorry we don't have it and are waiting on it coming in. Week and a bit later and still no game so contact them to be told my order was cancelled and it will take a month to get my money back if lucky, unbelievable! Worst company I have ever used and I only done 1 star but would rather have left zero, stay clear and keep your money!
They do not give you digital codes; instead, they give you someone else's account and ask you to log in to your console. Very suspicious and not fair. When I asked for a refund, they could not give it.
Also, their customer service is outsourced so they cannot do anything apart from just saying that they are complying and blah blah. Please go somewhere else.
