It is my first time purchasing something in this website which was an Xbox game pass ultimate for 1 month and I got the code and it worked. I will continue buy somethings if I need to.

Bought Mac office 2019. Was a bit suspicious about asking me for a phone number and address to combat fraud but based on the trustworthy score this site had I did it. A few minutes later it validated and sent the key and installation was simple. All works well.

I was so sad when the code did not come but i talked to the help center and they helped me thanks efc

Purchased a Microsoft Office code which arrived quickly. However, when I went to load it on my old MacBook Air, my computer would not load the program so the code was of no use. I immediately contacted Electronic First and they sounded very positive. However, now they are saying the code was used and could not be resold. Since there is no way to prove something that didn't happen, I am out of luck. I would avoid Electronic First unless you are sure you will not need to return anything. $31 is a cheap lesson I guess.

Please avoid, sold me a dodgy game, told me I can only get a refund once they have resold the game knowing it's broke, refused to tell me who they are regulated by, biggest crooks going

I wrote down the code but it xbox said it was purchase it in different region.

As many other people have mentioned; they send already claimed codes then tell you to reach out to Steam Support to get the situation resolved..

I was very sceptical about purchasing Microsoft office for my mac on this site as the site didn't look very legit, however I used paypal to be secure and everything was perfect. I got my key to download Microsoft instantly, all working easily and not to mention the cheap price.
All in all really happy with the outcome.

Purchased a code from this website in January and it wouldn't work on my sons console I sent proof of this to them and they said they would refund when the code had been sold on to someone else it is over 2 months since this and am still awaiting a refund and have contacted them on numerous different occasions. I would not buy from this site!
