At first I had trouble with the website, it wouldn't allow me to use PayPal or even complete an order. I called she said the website was overloaded, she said they'd call back that day. It didn't happen. I called again the next day and left a message. The guy who returned my call was very surprised at my experience. Anyway he did an AWESOME job, I received my merchandise and am delighted!

Boxes were open and thrown into a larger box.

Ordered back in early Dec. They said delay and would ship the by Dec. 17th but now another 4-5 day delay and I cannot cancel order without restocking fee..
