One of the items was faulty, the customer service agent asked me to reach out to lutron directly, and its been a week since i reached out and i have had no response, meanwhile i have a faulty switch. I bought this from electricbarginstore and within a day of receiving it i called, and they handed off the responsibility to the manufacturer. Thats not fair practice for a consumer.
