The address on the ship address was in order. The order was stuck in Richmond for over 2 weeks. I called to find out what the problem was and told them the correct address. 2 weeks later I finally got it. I had to call to tell them it was stuck Richmond Post office.

Reasonably prompt delivery but the item was not exactly what I ordered. The LED light module was to replace one that went out and I just wanted to swap the light and not have to rewire it. The new unit was a close match but did not quite plug into the old adapter so I had to rewire after all.

Needed to replace 20 yr old smoke detectors. You had just what I needed. Fuss-free ordering, delivered in a few days. Install straight forward. I like the way EBS kept me informed and updated on order status. I would order from these folks again.

This has made the 2nd time ordering a replacement. I 100% give Kudos for being a simple and exact match. I do highly recommend the site. It is easy enough to find your model and the pricing to me is as good as I can be in comparison to industry replacements. Thank you.

Placed the order for the wrong color. Immediately called cs and told them to change to white. They still shipped wrong color and white and charged me for both. Tried to return both as white didn't fit and obviously got wrong color. Only got one ra number for wrong color sent that back and have yet to receive credit even though cost me $28 to ship back. Ebs sucks at cs and that is being nice.

The light I ordered arrived in a timely manner. It was used to illuminate my driveway as additional security lighting. The light was bright and easy to install.

I was happy to find a shop with a smoke detector model that fits my existing base. It's all so much easier that way. Easy site to use and I'm pleased with everything.

I ordered an existing model of my Kidde Smoke Detector, which is now out of date. EBS sent me an updated model with a wiring adapter to connect the new detector to the existing in-ceiling wiring. I just now got around to installing the new detector because of some ongoing renovation. The detector fits perfectly and works fine. When my other detectors need replacement, I will certainly order with EBS again..

Ordering was easy. I was able to attach the mailing label.

The included mounting bracket and device do not work together. Tab slot too tight to engage. Existing bracket with new device works fine.
Thanks for including batteries.
Interconnect appears to work and still fits in existing cavity.
Shipping costs are excessive but did come within a reasonable time frame.

I ordered a light that has been discontinued. EBS recommended and special ordered a replacement that are cheaper.

My smoke alarms arrived the other day, sooner than I expected. I needed ones that connected to our wired system. I installed these with no problems! The included plug adaptors worked great, just a snug fit in the junction boxes. Ordering was easy! Thank you!

I purchased 6 smoke detectors based on the detail photos. I wanted to match my old ones so I would not have to replace the base plate or rewire. I did not get what I expected. I will have to replace the base plates and use an adaptor for the wiring. I am disappointed - more unnecessary work.
