We had a Kidde combination smoke/CO detector fail late afternoon on December 23rd. Just what I needed. Well I hopped on the computer and started looking for the unit online. There was a location cheaper but had all kinds of issues trying to complete the transaction. I decided to look elsewhere and found Electric Bargain Store where I was able to make my purchase easily. Received the replacement unit Monday December 29. Plugged it into place and it's working perfectly. Can't thank EBS enough for the quick response.

I ordered a replacement smoke alarm. They sent the wrong one.
They had a smoke detector that matches my existing older home, hard to find. Was happy about that. However, they shipped USPS and im still waiting on delivery, and the tracking on USPS is a joke. They need to use fedex or ups

Horrible customer service. I paid with PayPal and it defaulted to another address. I immediately noticed it and contacted them through the email on their website and by using their chat function. Whoever was doing the chat didn't want to deal with the issue and said the person responding to emails would handle it. Needless to say it wasn't resolved and was shipped to the address where I didn't want it to go. I was hoping they would work to resolve it but all I got was a we understand your frustrated email. Save yourself any issues and use Amazon.
