Horrible customer service. I paid with PayPal and it defaulted to another address. I immediately noticed it and contacted them through the email on their website and by using their chat function. Whoever was doing the chat didn't want to deal with the issue and said the person responding to emails would handle it. Needless to say it wasn't resolved and was shipped to the address where I didn't want it to go. I was hoping they would work to resolve it but all I got was a we understand your frustrated email. Save yourself any issues and use Amazon.

I had the best experience. This company is very helpful and they guided me to the correct replacement smoke alarms. Our old alarms all started going off at different times and you all know how loud those darn things are. My husband was so frustrated he finally disconnected all of them and I needed to get replacement alarms quick. I accomplished that with no stress. I have been very pleased with the service from Electric Bargain store. Ordering replacement smoke detectors was easy from their website and they were sent the same day. I couldn't ask for better service. The smoke detectors were easily replaced with the adapters included.

The interface was quite easy to navigate. Improvement would be to list if order is "In Stock" or "Back-Order". It took seven (7) weeks from order to receive my products. The "Chat" function works easy enough, however on a few occocasions where I tried to gain status the Chat stated follow-up would occur via e-mail. Received my products a few weeks back, still waiting for the e-mails...

Ordering was easy and the product was delivered on a timely basis. The product delivered was correct and although an updated model, it fit the existing connector perfectly. The old smoke alarm utilized a 9V battery. This product utilizes two Double AA batteries which are cheaper!
Ordered some smoke detectors, but the wrong quantity was sent. Customer service quickly sent the missing items to me without question. Good indication of a quality company.
