Ordering the product online was easy and we had no problem with that, however the delivery date was no where near they originally said it would be delivered. No one contacted us to let us know the order would be late however the $2100.00 was taken out of my account immediately. I had to call a few weeks after we ordered to find out why we had not received our order. After calling several numbers to actually talk to a person i was told it was on back order. They could not give me a date on when it would be shipped. After another 10 days the product finally arrived.
The online ordering process was easy and clearly and accurately described what I needed to order. The products arrived early and were exactly as described and easy to install, as promised. The products were a good value for the price and I would order from this company again, without hesitation.
I had a Juno track light system installed in 2017. One of the seven lights broke recently. I ordered a replacement light from Electric Bargain Store. EBS informed me that the light was no longer stocked, that it would need to be made by the manufacturer, and that it would take a month to process the order. EBS offered to cancel the order. I decided to proceed with the order. The light arrived today, and it's perfect - definitely worth the wait. Thank you, EBS!

I know one place where some electric stuff is being sold, and here prices are almost twice lower. It's really a bargain and what they are doing justifies their brand name.

I ordered some specialty Halo light fixtures that would have taken 4-6 weeks through a well know home remodel store. Electric Bargain Store had them to me in less than 10 days.
My CO2 detector expired and I needed a new one. Ordered a replacement and it came within a couple of days. Easy-peasy!

Purchased a smoke detector for $26.00 & change which was initially a bargain. However, I was charged over $20 for regular ground shipping from Los Angeles to Washington state! Unbelievable! Will find another retailer that ships for less!
