I had a problem with my order. I ordered two smoke alarms, received my notice that my order shipped. Two days later my order arrived, but only one alarm was shipped. I called Bargain Stores, made a picture of my received order to email to them, and within three days, I had the remainder of my order. I couldn't ask for better service.

I was assured that the product was compatible with my old FirEx detectors. Unfortunately, the added connectors did not fit the original wires and connector. Therefore, I'm going to return the package for a refund. I was impressed with the speed and ease of ordering. Thank you.
