When I placed my order, I was not aware that the product was not available. That was not an issue as I did not need it immediately, but it would have been nice to know. To electricbargainstores credit, when I was informed that the product was backordered, they offered me a refund. I chose to wait the two to three weeks they predicted. After three weeks, I contacted them again and they said the product would be shipped in 6-8 business days and it was. I received it and all is well! I would buy from them again.
Easy to use but shipping prices are a little high which almost priced you out of just buying locally at Home Depot for same product.
