The website was easy to search and we were able to locate the items needed. We ordered under cabinet lighting for our new home construction project. After placing the order the shipping timeline showed we may not receive the lighting onsite even though we had paid for 2 day shipping, so the order was canceled. Within 15-20 minutes of canceling the order I received a call from Customer Service, we talked through the timeline that was needed in order for us to meet our electricians schedule, the Customer Service rep was able to confirm they could have the lighting shipped in time for us to meet the needed schedule. The products arrived on time and were installed within the set schedule. Big Success! Thank you.

I wasn't sure about ordering from here, since the Internet can be tricky. I'm a believer! I got the exact thing I needed (fire alarms) at a reasonable price (the lowest listed) and it only took maybe 5 days to arrive (I did t pay for express shipping or anything).
