I was very impressed with the assistance provided to me over the phone in selecting a replacement smoke detector and conversion kit. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful!

I ordered 2 replacement BRK Smoke Alarms as were recommended by BRK. They also recommended a local hardware store to purchase these alarms. I priced the alarms at the hardware store, then searched for a better price online. I purchased the 2 alarms and the cost, plus shipping, was less than the cost of one same alarm at the local hardware store.

Idem listed & purchased was not as listed but e.b.s. Took care of the problem with a partial credit to my acct.

Order was shipped very quickly. It was accurate and as described.

So far so good. Contractor has not installed yet but I researched a lot of fans out there and sure hope this particular fan turns out better than the reviews on all the other fans for performance and ease of installation. Will comment more after installation.

THE CEILING FAN WAS SHIPPED EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED
TIME. IT WILL NOT BE INTRUSIVE IN THE SPACE AND WILL HAVE

Overall shopping experience was good. Some items I have ordered were not in stock, but it was not noted anywhere on web site. So I had to wait few weeks, which was unexpected.
