When I ordered the item it was not clear that it was not in stock. I was informed a while later that it would take at least two weeks for resupply to arrive, and I had the option to cancel. The same happened a second time. In the end I stuck it out, but I might have switched if I had known the full delay in the beginning. Likely other vendors would have had the same issue, and the communication was overall very good. Therefore, I would recommend this vendor.

Product was as described and at the best price I could find on-line. Product was replacement of nine hard-wired smoke detectors with battery back-up function in our home. Installation was a breeze. Shipping was reasonable, taking about 5 days from their location in California to our home in Indiana.
Customer service was an outstanding experience. The representative was considerate, kind, and accommodating especially when explaining a need for the information she was requesting.
