I haven't received my product yet I wasn't aware I needed to sign for it, the website kicked me off so I didn't even know my purchase went through until I received an email 2 days later.
Totally satisfied. My husband showed me how to replace the 1st 3 smoke alarms and I did the next 4 smoke alarms after watching him. It was easy to replace with the adapters. I plan to do the others with his help because of the location but feel really good about having ordered them, the price, the shipment, the packing, and the ease of replacing our 14 year old smoke detectors. Just have 3 more to do. We're safe again. Will be ordering again, in 10 years as indicated on each smoke alarm.

Ordering was fast and easy; reasonable price; and received in days of placing order.
The ordered was shipped via US Post Office but it required a signature for delivery. This made it impossible for me to pickup this package as I work 50 miles away from home and leave and return home when the Post Office is not opened. Had a Saturday not been on the third day, the Post Office would have sent this package back.
If I known a signature would be required for delivery, I would have shipped somewhere else or ordered from another business.

Haven't received product yet, b/c you sent it by USPS and required a signature! I'm not usually at home during work hours. I bought online to save on time and gas. Now I have to spend time and gas to trek across town to the post office where my order is sitting. Not OK.
