I had some difficulty in ordering from your website. I was ordering traditional Lutron wall plates in different gang sizes and it seems that I HAD TO GO THRU A VERY STRANGE process to get back to the ordering menu for each individual plate. I was disappointed that you did not carry traditional 4 gang plate which I had to order from a different vendor. Your prices are very good except that shipping seems to be on the high side based on the weight and size of package.
The smoke alarms were received within the week of ordering. A couple of the boxes opened during transit. We haven't had a chance to install them, yet and may supply additional feedback if we can. Overall experience was quick, easy ordering website, great shipping.

I needed to replace my ionization a/c smoke detectors in my home that were 10 years old. Old ones were discontinued but you had a new direct replacement for all 7 I needed. They came with batteries and they used same hard-wired plug so swapping out was easy. Hardest part was changing base plate but that was nothing. Prices were great too. I recommend electricbargainstores!
It's important that your new units are compatible with those 10 years old. It's easy to replace them without re-installing the electrical connection.
