From placing the order to getting an email that the product shipped was too long. Fed Ex Ground also takes longer to deliver than UPS standard delivery, so the delivery time was too long for the standard rate by at least 2-3 days. When the product finally arrived it was exactly what was ordered and after installation works as expected.
The products were easy to find on the site - the prices were even better!
I found the EBS staff to be very knowledgeable, super helpfull, patient and courteous. What more can I say except, they are outstanding and Highly Recommended!
