Hi,
We paid for overnight shipping and our order was NOT delivered the next day.
When I contacted your office about this, I was told I had to go through FedEx for this.
I don't believe that this is right. You now have our money for overnight shipping but we did not receive what we paid for. Why cant you refund us the customer, the money and you handle it with Fedex.
I don't believe the customer should be the party inconvenienced - not once but twice.

We are remodeling our kitchen/breakfast area and adding a screened deck. This company really helped me with the lighting. They were able to answer all my questions and saved me from ordering additional lighting trim that I didn't need. For a 9ft ceilings, 11×25, I went with Juno 4" recessed lights, 3000k, 9 of them in along with three pendants over island. Very happy with the results.
