I was unable to find this common switch at the big box stores, but electric bargain stores came through. The part was shipped and received in just a few days from order placement. Part was new and received in excellent condition. Pricing is good and I ordered two to have one available when another switch goes bad, as I have many fans in my home.

Wish I was told an accurate lead time when placing my order. Upset my customer due to the long lead time.

Don't think I can blame the merchant for a supplier delivery issue; but the accuracy of information wasn't what I am comfortable with and having to constantly ask for updates versus receiving frequent unsolicited updates was not up to my expectations. If you're willing to accept minimal correspondence while waiting you'll be fine.

I am super impressed! Bought the same smoke detectors that Amazon had but saved about $10 on 4, even after shipping (and they had a deal I thought couldn't be beat). Plus the shipping was SUPER fast. I would highly recommend your store to others!
