Libby and Erin were amazing! I had ordered the wrong color of light fixture for a large job and needed to return the fixtures for exchange. They both were very prompt in assisting me and making the transaction smooth so we could return everything and get the new order placed as soon as possible so we could still get our job done in a timely matter. I ordered a few light switches on 12/9 but they still hadn't shipped on 12/11 so I contacted customer service and i was happy to see a response the next day with an expected ship date of 12/15 and reason for delay. I received products on 12/17. Very happy. Thank you.
Although the product came quickly, I never received an email telling me the product was shipped nor a tracking number.
I tried to buy a couple of smoke alarms to replace those that had burned out in my house from Amazon.com, but they said they could ship them after I had already ordered them. Went to every possible store in town that might carry them, but couldn't find them anywhere. Finally I discovered them here and they work perfectly.
Your 25% restocking fee is simply not commercial. Paying for return shipping is one thing. Paying a huge tax for restocking light weight standard items is punitive. Amazon Prime is simply a better deal

I had to cancel my original order because of an oversite on my part. I contacted customer service to cancel my order so I could re-place my order to have shipped to my Michigan cottage address instead of my home in Ontario, Canada to save over $60 in shipping fees. The person I contacted was very professional and I was given great service. The order was promptly cancelled and I placed my re-order and I have now received my order. Thanks very much!
