I was able to purchase fire alarm with adaptor allowing me to replace old ones without rewiring. Worked great!
Product did not work. Contacted the store and received shipping label for return. Never received credit and now I waste time trying to obtain credit.
Items shipped late. When they came they were note appropriate for my lights. Then told I would have to pay a restocking fee. With shipping not worth sending back, of no use for mr to keep. This company could have better service. Would not purchase from here again.

Great customer service. Quality Lutron dimmers. Quick feedback on order. Switches were out of stock, but electricbargaintores arranged for drop ship directly from Lutron to speed up delivery. They gave me a choice either accept a potential delay or cancel. Switches arrived 2 days later than original date. I will purchase again from them.
I contacted customer service for a question, and received a response within 24 hours. I was promptly notified of a delay in shipping my order and given a time frame for delivery of the remaining items. The delayed portion of my order arrived earlier than quoted.

They simply deliver the goods you order on-time and everything arrived intact. When items were backordered, I got updates, and the items did ship when I was told they would. Now I am back buying more items because I now trust electricbargainstores as my go-to supplier of lighting fixtures, track and accessories. This is everything online shopping should be - keep up the good work!
