We ordered a Firex i4618 (4618) (*******) AC Smoke Alarm with Battery Back-up to replace an old malfunctioning one of ours. Product was exactly what we ordered/expected, came quickly, and was cheaper than what I found on other sites. Easy install since it was replacing an existing one. Will certainly use this site again as my other alarms need to be replaced.
Had a good experience. One item was back-ordered but that was communicated to me quickly and it did not take long for it to come. One of the items was defective, but I received a replacement quickly and a prepaid shipping label to send the defective item back. Would shop here again. Thank you.

The shipping was fast. No complaint there. The only reason I gave four star instead of five on "delivery time," is because the USPS service was used for delivery. USPS delivery service is bad and unreliable in my area. I was supposed to get the package delivered today. Instead I got the notice of "unable to deliver" orange slip in my mailbox. I have a gate, but the gate was open all day long. Now I have to either make a trip to the Post Office to pick it up myself, or make arrangement for redelivery.
Didn't realize you needed to replace wired smoke detectors until ours wouldn't stop beeping. Change over was easy and I feel much safer now.
