Great Customer Service support answering questions of replacing my entire home's smoke detectors and carbon monoxide/smoke detector combo unit. Your representative suggested units that would easily replace my old smoke detectors in my home. After my conversation with your staff I ordered online with confidence and received my items in a very timely manner.
Although these are LEDs and the expectation is they won't burn out, would have hoped for a few replacement bulbs, as I'm not sure if they are standard and easily available in stores if needed. Felt the interval between ordering and receiving (post holiday, too) could have been shorter, by 2-3 days. The product is excellent!
Would like to have had them work with me on returning some product my electrian had me order that was not needed but they chose to use the 30 day rule rather then help me out I would have even agreed to 30 % restocking instead of the 25% they asked not what I would call customer helpful!

Purchased light cans with tri kits for sloped ceilings. Researched extensively different vendors comparing prices. While the prices for these light cans are considerably higher than the standard cans, electric bargains store had the best price by far and a very good selection to chose from. I would recommend them to friends.
