Ordering was simple, the price was great & I received it quickly.
Juno LED undercabinet lights were as described, great price, well packaged, free fed-ex shipping with tracking which arrived on time. Lights are installed and look and work great. No complaints, I would buy from electricbargainstores.com again.
Ask if they could rush my smoke alarms out the same day and they did. Received them very quickly.Prices were very fair and they did not overcharge for shipping. Would order from them again.
Much better price than the box stores. Have ordered the same item before and have had no problems. Normal lifespan for Item is about 8yr, and originals started needing replacement at 10yr. Out of five units, three have gone sat and I've had no worries with new ones.
Best online seller I have ever dealt with
I had a very good experience with electricbargainstores.com. After placing an order I received an email within 24 hours explaining a few items would be back-ordered by about a week and was given the option to cancel. I chose to wait for the out-of stock items. The in-stock items shipped immediately and arrived within a few days. The back-ordered items came, sure enough, about a week later.

Ordering the Juno lighting product was not difficult but the product received does not work according to its specification. When I called Electronic Bargains customer support they indicated it must be the dimmer. But even with the dimmer not being a magnetic dimmer, the Juno TL576 should still trurn on and off. When I called Juno lighting the tech did not even have a picture of a photo of a correctly wired transformer to send they were reading off a script. I asked to return it and I was not given the option. I am utterly unsatisfied with their service and that of the Juno product. If the product works the price is ok compared to others. They did have to do a partial shipment. I am very upset with this situation and would not at this point purchasing from this vendor!
We needed a replacement smoke alarm in our rental condo, before we could accept tenants, and we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived 3 days after placing the online order. It was a perfect match, and we were able to meet the deadline, at a fair price.
