Easy to shop.great website...fast shipping :)

My experience:
Due to circumstances unforseen, the material I ordered had gone out of stock by the time the order processed. I had paid for express shipping but was immediately notified of situation. Parts were shipped ASAP ( very reasonable delay) and I was refunded the difference in shipping costs hassle free.
(I actually had correspondence with a human being!)

The price was 25-33% better than other places I researched. The only criticism I have is that I never got an email to say the order had shipped, although I did get an order received confirmation. That being said my items actually arrived using regular ground shipping in 3 days from the order date so I'm not really complaining. I've ordered in the past and would order in the future.

I like the product, the web site and the purchasing experience. It did seem that shipping costs were a bit high and it did take awhile to ship, but thanks to the relatively low price of the items, it was still cheaper to shop here than elsewhere. When there were questions, the customer service team responded promptly and was very polite to deal with.
