Product arrived quickly, however one item was packaged in a beat up box, and had clearly been used and returned. It was a lutron dimmer switch. The tinned ends of the connecting wires had been clipped off, and the wires showed signs of having been connected with wirenuts. I have no idea how it was previously connected, or if someone had switched load and line wires potentially damaging the switch. A second item, a low voltage transformer, failed,to,work at all and had to be returned for exchange. So two items out of three had problems. Customer service was responsive and worked to resolve the issue.
I was shocked that the package arrived in just a few days of my order being placed. Never had that kind of experience before over the internet. Product was delivered in good condition and the price was extremely fair. We will most certainly order again from electricbargainstores.com.
