Great price. Fast delivery. Had a question about smoke alarm. Company rep called with answer. Overall good buying experience. Second time I have puchased from them. Definitely would recommend!
I had issues with customer service because I had to reorder some parts never miss ordered but I got the order in before they were shipped but the customer service screwed it all up and it went to the wrong address then I had to pay shipping twice which I thought was very poor service especially when I was their fault they got my address wrong.
Customer Support agent did not help me pick out the correct products when I ordered them the first time then I had to pay twice to get it fixed

The smoke detector was a replacement of my old one. It had a kit to make the old to the new. It was easy to install and am happy with the price. I would order another if needed also the delivery was swift.

However, one issue I have ran into this time as well as in the past is you list products on your website that has been oboleted and/or not available from the supplier.
Same thing happen again. The custmer service informed me the product is not available from the supplier and they suggested an alternative model. Which is good but if a product is not available it should not be on your online store to be ordered...
Otherwise I have no issue with your online store..
Easy to install. I did ask where to dispose of the defective unit and received no response. I heard it is not to be thrown out into the landfill.
We are in the process of building a new house and needed dimmer switches that were not part of the electrical contract. I have used the Lutron Maestro series in the past and searched the internet. Electricbargainstores.com had the best pricing so I placed a half order with them just to make sure I received what was ordered. I promptly received and email confirming my order and another upon shipment with a tracking number. The order was received within a few days with the correct switches. I just placed my second order of dimmer switches and will continue to use this site going forward.
