When it comes to customer service it must be understood that there is an aspect of quality that can be only measured by timely shipment. As a suggestion, study how you can achieve same day shipment. Remember, that first time buyers can be returning customers.

The return issue that I had was resolved and customer service made it right. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

The staff was very knowledgeable, and responsive to questions I asked about specific products. My order was processed quickly, and I received my order when expected. Although just a portion of the products have been installed (the remainder should be done by tomorrow) there have no problems at this point.

I didn't realize I was getting an adapter to match my old smoke detectors with the new ones. That was a nice feature, but in the long run I'm happy that I re-did the wiring from the house to the new detectors, bypassing the adapter option.
