The web site and prices are very good. But you have a poor turn around time on shipping. It took 5 business days to ship items that were in stock. Now it will take another 5 for the product to reach it's destination. Today that is pretty poor when you think of what other web sites are doing. Price and delivery go hand in hand.

Had the product I was looking for (discontinued smoke detector from Kidde), price was competitive, shipped promptly, worked out of the box without issues - happy customer1

Good pricing and delivery on Juno cans and trims.

Maybe put bobble rap around the switch boxes,mine cam with the boxes crushed but the switches were just fine.

Sent a much ceheaper item not ordered. Have not corrected it by sending item I paid for.
