Impossible to reach anyone by phone in real time. Leave a message and they may or may not call back but it will NOT be within 2 hours. Very frustrating and not convenient. Good product and price but delays in communication and service have cost you a customer.

Item was out of stock and backordered. That said, shipment was sooner than estimated and was as described. I am a happy camper.

We had a problem with an incorrect part being sent and their Customer Service remedied the situation.

Some of the order was not available when ordered. Fortunately I had some time before I needed the parts and was able to wait. I was offered a shipment on what was available. All was shipped together and showed up on the committed date.

I'm glad you still carry this model;however, I was confused with different model numbers and Kidde or FireX was pretty confusing.

The item I ordered would take much longer to ship than expected, but a substitute version of the product was offered and it shipped in reasonable amount of time. All interactions were clear, fast, and reliable, and the products ordered were delivered.

It was an excellent experience dealing with your company.
I just wish I had not delayed in buy my items when they were $18.88 (or something close to that) instead of when the price changed to $26.88. Oh well my fault for waiting. Nice to have gotten free shipping.
